The host and the caretaker is very accommodating, Its easy to request for things and they even let us extend our checked out time. The place is also great and have board games.

Balai Pahuwai is really a nice place to stay. Perfect place to relax and a place that is so peaceful and a time to really bond with family. Me and my family really like the place and the staff is really accommodating and Bang is always responsive and very helpful to our request. It’s too bad we didn’t managed to experience the bamboo bridge because it is under maintenance but overall we like our stay in this place and it is very clean. I might book it again in the future. Thank you again to the staff of Balay Pahuwai and bang.

We had a fantastic stay! Ma'am Sarah Jocelyn was so accommodating and welcoming. The entire place was super clean, brand new and comfortable, and we felt right at home. Staff were all friendly, responsive and helpful. Lavish, very big room, clean and well maintained. Excellent facilities and entertainment. Great ambience for relaxation Everything was excellent. 75 JCK was a perfect get away for me and my friends this weekend. The place was private, very quiet neigborhood, and pristine scenery. The host Jan was very responsive and considerate. I also commend Kuya Balbas, the Caretaker who was very accommodating and gave a great tour of the place. Definitely well recommended!

House is way way more spacious and the view is amazing. Rooms are downstairs and the working kitchen is upstairs. We were able to cook our own food. The caretakers were nice and gave us privacy. We weren't able to meet James but he was responsive on my inquiries. Thanks for a great stay! I wish we stayed one more night.

The place was super clean, with fast internet and complete appliances. The host is also approachable and responsive to the inquiries when checking in. There's also a sari sari store nearby. I highly suggest that androidtv should have netflix for more movies. Overall we enjoyed our stay in the place. Hoping for another staycation at Michelle's Place. Thank you!

A perfect small family getaway! We recently stayed at this lovely condo for a family staycation, and it exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we felt right at home. The space is cozy and nicely decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights for our children was the thoughtful addition of toys and books. They were delighted to find a variety of options to keep them entertained, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our time together without worrying about keeping them busy. It truly made our stay feel family-friendly! The condo was also equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay—clean and spacious living areas, a great kitchen, and a lovely view. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made the check-in process seamless. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this condo to other families looking for a cozy retreat. We're already talking about planning our next visit!

Andrea's place was clean and very spacious. We enjoyed our stay there. The host is very responsive and very informative. Highly recommend.

Christine’s place is so spacious. It was well lit because of the floor to ceiling glass windows. It was able to accommodate all of us pretty well. It has a veranda overlooking the lagoon which is best for relaxation or family meals. Looking forward to our next stay.

We had a great stay at Mylene’s place. The unit is very spacious and is in perfect condition. Geraldine, the caretaker was also very responsive. We just had a little hiccup getting in when the guard asked for an endorsement letter but was easily resolved when Mylene talked to him over the phone. We had a fun and relaxing stay, will surely be back.

We had a good experience during our stay. The location was convenient, with a shuttle service available that goes around the area. The place is near the beach and the country club around 3 mins walk each. The condo was comfortable and met our expectations. One thing to note is that while there is free parking, it's on a first-come, first-serve basis. We ended up having to park a bit far from the unit, so that might be something to keep in mind. Overall, a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

I had a great stay at Jose's. It's very spacious and makes for a great bachelor pad. There is a Tricycle Park not 2 minutes walk away from the house, and it costs less than 100 pesos ( < $2) to get to the SM Mall or back. Jose and the caretaker were great hosts and I would happily stay there again when I'm back in Dasmarinas!
