This is hands down the best Airbnb I’ve ever booked! The view was breathtaking and truly beachfront—just steps from the shore, not a walk away like most places. The place was very clean and well-prepared before our arrival. The caretakers were warm and accommodating, checking in on us from time to time, and the massage service they offered was a perfect way to end our night. Though the rooms weren’t air-conditioned, the cool sea breeze made it very comfortable. The property is private, and even though it’s near public areas, people respected our space and stayed away from the beach in front of us, giving us total privacy. Communication was quick and clear, making everything smooth from start to finish. Thank you so much—my family had so much fun! It was an amazing experience and we’re definitely coming back soon!🥰

Our family had an amazing time. The unit is exactly as described - clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly and responsive, he even checked on us if we were able to settle in the unit. We’ll definitely stay here when we go back at Pico.

Thank you for accommodating our request like super short notice coz we had to check in at a later time due to a family event. She was very responsive, it was already late at night but she still actively responded just to make sure we were able to check in. There were also free coffee, free wifi, netflix, bath towels, toothbrush? shampoo were all provided, it was a short stay but too bad we werent able to maximize it. Ganda din ng pool sa baba. Thanks ma'am! Next time po ulit

The villa is breathtaking with modern features, clean layout, and rustic look. Though for the price, we expected it to be a bit bigger and exclusive (We were surprised to see many cars parked in the front of the villa, but we learned later on that those were paid parking). But overall our stay was good. The staff are kind and helpful. And the owner responds fast to our inquiries.
