Elvio ist mehr als ein toller Gastgeber. Er ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat und sehr sehr viele Insider tips gegeben.Ohne Ihn hätten wir manche Locations und Ausflugsziele nicht machen können. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern und alles was man braucht ist da. Man kann zb auch seine Fahrräder nutzen, um morgens ca 8 min zu einem tollen Bäcker zu fahren. Der Pool der Anlage ist ca 50m vom Haus entfernt und sehr sauber. Im Haus selbst sind auch Dinge wie Federball, Bocchia und andere Spiele. Der Garten und das Haus sind in einem traumhaften Anwesen gelegen. Wir waren mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kleinkindern vor Ort. Auch der Aussengrill läd für ein tolles Essen ein. Im Garten ist zudem auch eine Aussendusche für besonders heiße Tage. Wir empfehlen das Haus und Elvio als Gastgeber wärmstens weiter und waren sicherlich nicht das letzte mal bei Ihm. Man erreicht Bardolino in ca 5 min mit dem Auto - auch für andere Ausflüge ist die Lage klasse. 5 Sterne hierfür

Vor weg ist eines zu sagen: Unser Urlaub in dem Haus von Markus war einfach traumhaft! Wir waren dort für eine Woche mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kind zu gast. Die Kommunikation mit Markus im Voraus war hervorragend und die Antwortgeschwindigkeit überragend. Vor Ort angekommen erwartete uns ein Ferienhaus, welches in seiner ruhigen Lage wirklich keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es wurde bei der Einrichtung an alles gedacht und man konnte sich bereits am ersten Tag wie Zuhause fühlen. Auch die kleinen Gäste kommen in dem Haus nicht zu kurz. Vom Kinderstuhl über das Kinderbesteck, bis zur Babybadewanne war alles vorhanden. Sogar ein Spielzimmer mit top Ausstattung gibt es. Wir können die Unterkunft wirklich ohne Zweifel weiterempfehlen!

Vera hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Die Unterkunft ist in echt noch schöner als auf den Bildern, wir waren total begeistert. Es war alles total sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick vom Pool über den See ist herrlich. Die Villa steht an einem sehr schönen, ruhigen Teil des Gardasees. Es gab eine tolle Auswahl an Brötchen und verschiedenen Crossaints jeden Morgen geliefert. Eine tolle Überraschung! Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Sonst ist ein Auto empfehlenswert um die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Eravamo un gruppo di 12 amici e siamo stati benissimo. Casa comoda, spaziosa, pulita ed ordinata. Inoltre, la zona è tranquilla e la vista stupenda. Abbiamo passato gran parte del tempo sull'ampio terrazzo. Maurizio ed Elena sono stati sempre disponibili e cordiali, fornendoci sempre istruzioni utili e soluzioni alle nostre richieste. Menzione d'onore anche anche per la vicina Cristina, che ha gentilmente fatto le veci dei padroni di casa. Nel complesso, piacevolissima esperienza, che speriamo di poter ripetere a breve.

What can I say, absolutely lost for words. An absolutely stunning, gorgeous place nestled in the mountains. The view is breathtaking. The mountain air in the morning and evening fill up the villa. Beautiful is an understatement. The villa is absolutely wonderful, to sit outside and have dinner with the view of the mountains and lake was such a fantastic experience one that will always be remembered. What really also made the experience memorable for me was the wonderful community of Muslone. The friendly locals are so warm and kind, you are immediately welcomed and made to feel like part of the family. Enzo you were amazing. Thank you so much for looking after us. When we come back and stay again, it will now feel like visiting a second home.

Maison correspondant en tout point à la description. Spacieux, très lumineux même par temps de pluie et une vue à couper le souffle. Valentina est une hôte très avenante et toujours aux petits soins, devançant même nos besoins. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

One of the best AirBnb stays we have ever experienced. The hosts were great - from communication while coordinating check-in, to showing us the house and how to operate the garages, to providing local restaurant recommendations. The house was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and provided the best sleep of the places we stayed on our trip. The bathrooms and rainfall shower heads were great. Each bedroom has in its own climate control, which we really appreciated. The views of Lago di Garda are great, especially from the second level balconies. Note that it takes around 15 minutes to get from the house in San Zeno di Montagna down the mountain to the lake towns and there are some switchback roads on the way. We loved being out of the more busy touristic areas and didn’t mind the drive. We recommend local restaurant Bar K2 for pizza and pasta. Thanks again for such a great stay. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Das grosse Haus von Michela ist perfekt für Familienferien oder eine Gruppe von Freunden. Es hatte drei grosse Schlafzimmer, blitzsaubere Badezimmer und einen gemütlichen Koch- /Ess- / Wohnzimmerbereich. Michela war stets sehr hilfsbereit und nett, gab uns Tipps und war sehr gut erreichbar. 100% empfehlenswert!

Our stay was wonderful. Claudia was proactive and made sure we had the correct address. She was waiting with a beautiful welcome spread of snacks and wine. She went the extra mile to cater to our 1 year old with a high chair, crib and a few toys. The hot tub was beautifully clean with fresh water. Everything worked as described and there were enough towels and amenities to enjoy our stay (e.g. soaps, basic spices, etc). There were many more that we didn't even have time to use (bikes, foosball table)! She recommended a great private chef too-- such a nice diner for the group of us. Overall a lovely stay!

Die Villa ist sehr schön und hervorragend ausgestattet, blitzsauber, genau wie auf den Fotos dargestellt und mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Gardasee. Vom Garten und vom Pool aus hört man die stark befahrene Umgehungsstraße, die in 5 Minuten Fahrtzeit zu mehreren Supermärkten und in 15 Minuten zur Uferpromenade von Salò mit vielen schönen Geschäften und Restaurants führt. Wir haben hier zu fünft mit unserem Hund eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht und Corrado war äußerst hilfreich. Vielen Dank!

Spacious villa with panoramic views of the Lake. Private hot tub also with lake views is special. Shared pool a couple of minutes walk away is quiet and also has spectacular views. Short walk (5 mins ) into Torri Del Benaco, a stunningly beautiful little town with lots of restaurants, cafes and a couple of small supermakets for essentials. Very handy location to explore the lake by car (30 min drive to the large amusement parks for the kids), also has a ferry terminal direct to the west shore. The only problem is the villa is so lovely, you won't want to leave!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Woche in der Villa am Gardasee! Die Unterkunft ist ideal für größere Gruppen – wir waren mit 16 Personen dort und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom tollen Pool, der gut ausgestatteten Küche und dem atemberaubenden Ausblick auf den Gardasee. Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und bietet viel Platz zum Entspannen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war das teils instabile WLAN, aber das hat unseren Urlaub kaum beeinträchtigt. Insgesamt eine absolute Empfehlung – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Absolutely stunning location that is private with lots of outdoor space to enjoy the peaceful views. Easy and lovely walk to all of Malcesine’s attractions, restaurants and shops. Ferry is steps away from the property. Lake with small pebble beach out front is perfect for swimming. Beautiful villa that has a museum like quality. Many pieces of furniture are covered and not to be touched by guests. The downstairs double bedroom does NOT have a door and is next to the kitchen. Can be a challenge for a full house with different schedules. Driving on the seafront walkway to enter/exit the garage is challenging at busy times with pedestrians not happy with a car being on the walkway. Enma from Happy Rentals was friendly, available and accommodating and made the experience wonderful. Would highly recommended and stay again.

È stato molto piacevole soggiornare presso la Villa di Alexia. La casa è fornita di tutti i confort e di tutti i servizi. Menzione d'onore per la cucina, molto grande e super accessoriata, e per i 3 bagni completi, che consentono di vivere la casa in modo pratico anche a gruppi di 8-9 persone, come era il nostro. Alexia si è dimostrata un host capace e super disponibile, gentilissima e flessibile sugli orari di check-in/checkout. La villa si trova in un contesto molto silenzioso e tranquillo e a pochi minuti d'auto dal centro del paese, quindi è molto comodo anche per raggiungere supermercati e ristoranti. La struttura è poi in una posizione strategica per raggiungere i paesi vicini, come Salò e Desenzano, entrambi a circa 20 minuti d'auto. Esperienza super positiva, consigliatissimo!!!

Pasamos unas inolvidables vacaciones familiares, hay todo lo necesario para que no haga falta salir de casa o puedes ir a recorrer Salò también, que es un pueblo hermoso. El lugar estaba impecable y limpio a la llegada y todo funcionaba bien. La zona del jardín y piscina es espectacular y la vista al lago nos encantó. Las camas y sofás de la sala podrían ser más cómodos. Y la ropa de cama también podría mejorar con algo más cómodo/nuevo. Gracias por todo, repetiría feliz esta casa.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt!- Alles war super sauber und gepflegt. Die Gastgeberin war sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – sauber, groß und perfekt zum Entspannen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Andrea en Guendalina zijn geweldige hosts!Allereerst is de omgeving en woning prachtig, perfect voor koppels en gezinnen. De ruimte is schoon, gloednieuw, en alles wat je nodig hebt kan je er vinden. De omgeving is adembenemend mooi. We hebben van te voren duidelijke instructies gekregen hoe we er moesten komen. Verder reageerden Andrea en Guendalina super snel als we ze nodig hadden. We hebben verder veel tips gekregen voor wat we konden doen in de omgeving. Andrea & Guendalina, dank jullie wel, en wie weet tot snel!

Unser Aufenthalt hier war toll. Tatsächlich ist es mir hier das erste Mal passiert, dass die Bilder der Aussicht im Inserat der eigentlichen Aussicht nicht gerecht wurden. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wirklich phänomenal, man blickt über das gesamte südliche Ende des Gardasees! Das Haus an sich war sehr ordentlich und hat unseren Ansprüchen voll und ganz genügt. Das einzige was man auf den Bildern nicht so gut erkennt, ist, dass das Haus der Besitzer tatsächlich relativ nah neben dem AirBnB liegt. Man befindet sich also wenn man draußen unterwegs ist zumeist in Sicht- / Hörweite der Besitzer. Da die Besitzer super freundlich und entspannt waren, gab das bei uns keinerlei Probleme, ist aber vielleicht trotzdem gut zu wissen.

Alles was prima in orde. We hadden een uitval van de elektriciteit die we niet zelf konden oplossen en Domus stuurde iemand langs na 23.00u en de volgende dag kwam een elektricien langs om het probleem op te lossen. Goed dat er zo een snelle interactie was. Het uitzicht van op het overdekt terras en bij het zwembad is fantastisch! Tip: Boot te water laten kan bij « private yahting Port «  net voor je het dorp binnen rijdt.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il punto forte è l’esterno con la piscina e il patio ombreggiato con sdrai, poltrone e tavoli.

Ubicación muy cómoda para llegar en poco tiempo a Desenzano y Sirmione, aún estando alejados de ellos y por lo tanto muy tranquilos, en un entorno silencioso en medio de la naturaleza. En poco más de media hora de coche hemos llegado a Verona y Brescia, las dos ciudades mas cercanas, que vale la pena visitar. Éramos 3 familias, por lo cual era indispensable tener 3 baños completos. En total con los niños 11 personas, pero la casa es grande y no hemos echado de menos más privacidad. Ha valido la pena
