We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home. Everything was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Flexible stay as we wanted it to be. Good place for people having a train to catch from Karmali station, just 600m to walk. Thanks to the host for being responsive and helpful.

Extremely pleasant stay. My family was very happy with the location, the property, the amenities, and the overall stay. Monika is a great host who provided all details beforehand with clear instructions. Monika also kept in constant touch with my daughter and provided all support. As this was a all girls trip I was initially worried for them however the property was very secure with all amenities. it was an excellent stay and will surely visit again. any thanks to Monika and Airbnb to make my family stay at Goa a memorable and pleasant one.

The stay was lovely. Our hosts did a great job in with minimal but elegant aesthetics. The clear instructions to maintain the property helped greatly. Gaurav was responsive at all times and responded to our queries promptly. The home has really good artworks, including a beautiful Jamini Roy painting. Our cat loved to sunbathe in the balcony.

Vasu ( quite chatty), Avinash’s father & his wife ( smart but a quiet listener) were the ones who met us and helped in check in. Vasu makes it a point to meet and greet any new customer, which is good. The apartment was fantastic - it had the stamp of IKEA - most furniture was Ikea. But a lots of amenities which you would probably not find in other airbnbs - for example - he has provided - microwave, toaster, a wonderful induction gas, washing machine with Surf excelmatic ( not common), scissors, pots and pans, cutlery even a wine bottle opener, AC’s in Hall, and both bedrooms, body wash, shampoo & conditioner ( good quality)..and the list goes on. But he also had 4 bottles of Budweiser beer ( which was a first), dry cleaned towels and handkerchief etc etc..The place is part of a huge housing complex and it has a lot of facilities. All in all a READY TO MOVE IN APARTMENT. A big Thanks to Vasu & his wife. They manage many other properties in Goa.

I really enjoyed my stay at Jay’s studio! He was very communicative through my stay. The kitchen, solid WIFI and all of the amenities make it good for a longer stay like I had as well. Safe and enjoyable location too. Highly recommend!

Peaceful location ...very beautiful house ..host Ms. Josephine was very sweet and quick responsive. She was always available when needed and helpful too. location was a little far from the nearby beaches but overall experience was amazing and totally worth it..

Loved this Villa !! It is more beautiful than the Photos. The property is well-maintained and in a gated community with a great Vibes. The home was spotless, cozy and pristinely clean with big Terrace and spacious Balcony in both bedrooms. Kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook there. There is a high-tech water purifier, so you can save on buying mineral water bottles. The location is amazing and near to many iconic restaurants and local attractions. The stay was extremely pleasant, Perfect ! Definitely one of the most well maintained Airbnb Properties, I have stayed in the last 3 years. The Host was very accommodating and went beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay and he allowed us a late check-out at no extra charge. We appreciated Host’s quick responses, and helpful recommendations. Would definitely book again.

We came to Goa with a few friends to celebrate a special occasion, and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay. This spot near Candolim Beach was such a gem! The rooms were super cozy with really nice vibes, good Wi-Fi, TV, and super clean bathrooms—which we really appreciated. The location is also a big win—just a short walk/drive to Candolim Beach, and really close to some great food joints and supermarkets. Everything we needed was right around the corner. Needless to say, you have blinkit instamart available as well. The swimming pool was awesome too—well maintained and just perfect for chilling and having fun. Huge shoutout to Aankita, our amazing host! She’s a true Superhost—super helpful, always responsive, and genuinely went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Very nice and comfortable stay, mansi has taken care of everything especially our toddler needs. Awesome stay and property is also very nice Only two things to keep in mind: Property is little far from cafes/ eating joints so need a ride if staying Also property is on 2nd floor without lift. We had a really peaceful and relaxing stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a cozy living room, an AC bedroom, a nice bathroom and a balcony. There was also an open kitchen with all the necessary equipment, which made it easy to cook our own meals. The whole place had a calm, quiet vibe, perfect for unwinding. The host made sure everything was taken care from nearby restaurant recommendations to external laundry facilities. The listing is conveniently located whether you want to visit the calm village island of Diwar, the beautiful churches of Old Goa, the Nightlife that Panjim has to offer or the hinterlands of Goa.
