Vacation rentals with beach access in Mandovi River

Very good place with all the amenities and a pool, having a big terrace. good restaurants near by. surrounding area is good. Anupama Ji is very welcoming and very helpful. She helps us arranging a cab, there was a need for a doctor appointment. she guided us and even come with us to clinic and waited. extremely helpful. I am very thankful to her. I will definitely recommend the place.

Highly recommended. Well maintained. Very pleasant stay and everything was simply great. The property is located at a prime place, close to the beach and good restaurants nearby. Valentino was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely visit again and share it with all my friends and family.

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. Our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The property is located in a peaceful setting with easy, walkable access to the beach, and is surrounded by several great eateries—perfect for anyone who enjoys exploring local food options. We did face a minor issue with the AC initially, but thanks to the quick response from our host and the caretaker, Anand, it was promptly resolved, which we really appreciated. A couple of things to keep in mind for future guests: the toiletries provided are quite basic, so if you’re particular about your essentials, it’s best to carry your own. The same goes for food-related items like tea bags. Also, the availability of charging points near the bedside is limited, with most already occupied by the room’s electronics. That said, the central location and the easy beach access were definite highlights of our stay, and we left with some lovely memories.

Cezar's place was perfect for a couple of day stay in Goa. The house was comfortable, so close to the beach that you could hear the waves, and easy to relax in. Jahlak, the house caretaker, made us breakfast each morning and helped answer any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

The villa is really beautiful with easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Swimming pool is ideal for a 8 people group. The gazebo near the pool was awesome. The cook/caretaker Sanu was really awesome. He cooked as per our instructions. He was always at our service and ready to help. We really had a great time enjoying the food and his service. The only issue is the approach road for this villa is narrow and ideal for small cars. But that is something that we have to live with , if you want to enjoy at this beautiful location. Overall a great place to spend time and relaxing with a small group of family/friends.

House is clean and near the beach which is nice. Host answered our questions quickly and stayed in contact with us during our time in Goa. Only thing that bothered us was that there were constant dog barking, otherwise i would say that you will get exactly what you pay for.

I would start first from the check-in. Host provided early check-in as property was available. Care taker Ricolin was available based on our call to him. Property is nice, silent place, properly maintained, walkable distance to beach as mentioned on Airbnb. Excellent place for vacation for a large family or group of family and friends. 1 AC was not working when we arrived so reported to host and caretaker and immediately they got it repaired. Good support from both. Swimming pool is small in size and shared between 2 Villas but properly maintained. Only a small family can use it at a time. Very good open space and balcony to be utilised for drinking and smoking. Sofa placed in the balcony could have been cleaned. We didn't used balcony as outside open space was well enough. Care taker Ricolin provided all the support and arranged rent bike at the property itself for us. Overall a very good stay we friends enjoyed here. Thanks to host Indrajit and Care taker Ricolin.

the stay was very pleasant. it was spacious. rooms were extremely well maintained and everything was available at the property. the caretaker suresh was an amazing caretaker. every picture matched the description stated.

House of Joshma was an incredible stay for my family! It was nothing less than Goa paradise. It was so cozy that it felt so homely after the hectic Goa travel. The 3BHK villa was spotless, with a beautiful swimming pool and an amazing jacuzzi that everyone - from the kids to the adults - absolutely loved. The fully equipped kitchen made things so convenient, and Mr. Limon, the housekeeper, was extremely polite and ensured everything was well-maintained. We were all super happy and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious family getaway in Candolim!

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

A wonderful retreat for us; an older couple - a month of walking, cooking, reading, being on or near the beach, eating out and visiting friends. Alex couldn’t be more helpful, anything you need he is on hand. Well stocked kitchen, clean rooms, housekeeping and washing on hand - in fact anything you need is no trouble. Thanks Alex for a perfect month away!

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

Maddy, supported ably by Soni who did housekeeping three times a week, was always very responsive and helped us quickly with any difficulties or minor problems that we had. His recommendations for taxi services from Wilson and Viju meant that arranging transfers and trips was successful. The apartment is very good, well equipped and generously proportioned. The wifi, ceiling fans, hot water and air conditioning are all very efficient and we found we had all the necessary for preparing food and cooking food. We used the efficient ingredients delivery service a few times and the produce was high quality. Using a foreign card proved impossible but they took cash on delivery. One of the traditional local artisan bakeries called into the apartment complex and sold delicious fresh bread and samosas daily. I also used the swimming pool most mornings at 9. There was a slow build up of green in the water but this was treated regularly by chlorination involving closing it for the day.

Dev is a wonderful host, proactively making sure you enjoy the place to the fullest. He has some great local recommendations, and helps a lot with itinerary. Overall the place is located at a good place in Calungute and beaches are just walkaway . 10/10 recommend this place .
