Beachfront vacation rentals in Mandelieu-La Napoule

Accommodation with stunning views of the sea and the red mountains of Esterel. Very clean accommodation and very well decorated. Communication with Rémi was very fluid and very understandable. I highly recommend this accommodation in a beautiful environment. Private parking is a big plus.

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

Such a beautiful apartment and it’s just 5mins walk to the beach , super market , restaurants just few mins walk , moreover , 3 mins walk to train station that makes my trip a lot more easier , Jerome is such a nice gentleman and provide lots of suggestions , I definitely would come back again , thank you Jerome !

Fantastic location in Cannes, walkable to the sea and shops nearby. Perfect for a large group (9 of us) and the flat is extremely well stocked with all the essentials. Remy has also been great and responsive to any questions we had before we arrived. Thanks so much for a great stay!

This Airbnb surpassed all expectations! The garden is designed like a fairy tale paradise, with hydrangeas and lush trees artfully arranged—every corner is worthy. The 180-degree floor-to-ceiling ocean views are breathtaking, waking up to the soothing sound of waves in the morning and falling asleep under the glow of sunset in the evening. It was the perfect finale to our island getaway.

Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

After 2 weeks in Roberto's apartment I can only be positive about the whole picture. First of all I have to mention the great view over the sea, the swimming pool and the small beaches. But what we especially liked was the peace. What a nice place to stay! The apartment itself fully met expectations, and those were already positive. Breakfast with the newly risen sun is also wonderful. The explanation upon arrival in the beautifully cleaned apartment was good, complete and cozy. My compliments. The box with cookies was also very much appreciated and underlined the friendliness. As a host I have experienced Roberto as very pleasant. His enthusiasm and completeness in reporting is infectious. We have received a lot of nice tips about local sights and places to eat and despite the fact that we have been on holiday on this coast for years, there were also a few nice new ones for us. Thanks! A bit shorter: highly recommended!

Benoit’s place is lovely, clean, and well appointed. It has amazing views and is quiet and very private. We worked with Sébastien who met us at the gate, let us in, and told us everything we needed to know. He helped us with everything and was super responsive to every text. It’s a good place if you have a car because there is parking available. If you don’t have a car, you will need to use a taxi or Uber to get to the center of town at about 20-30 Euros per trip. We didn’t have a car, but we were able to get Ubers and taxis fairly easily. We were quite comfortable and enjoyed our stay there very much!

Beautiful place to stay, we were 7 people and we had plenty of space inside and out (the outside space is especially gorgeous). The bedrooms all have a shower but only one has a toilet (two other toilets in the house though). 10 mins walk along the seafront to restaurants and shops. Train station just a couple of minutes away (train to Cannes takes about 10 mins). Very friendly team managing the villa who were always on hand and Annie even gave us a bottle of champagne after a water outage on the street. We had an amazing relaxing week here. Thank you!!

Our stay at Cécile's was very relaxing, the apartment is ideally located a 10-minute walk from the center of Mandelieu, everything is within walking distance and the park of the residence is beautiful! Janine was very welcoming and available for our questions. I highly recommend it!

Etc : Electric heater intallated in each room, fully furnished essentials(including welcome gift - wine and drinks) f. 20mins to Cannes by car 2.Cons a. no handrail on stairway(this need improvement) b. no TV but managable c. train noises during operario hours(this might be unpleasant if you need quite place) d. free parking but not reserved for guest.

A lovely, well kept modern apartment with a stunning view, we massively enjoyed our time there. Location wise it’s easily walkable to bakeries in the morning, or to go grab food, plus a quick walk to the train station for day trips. The flat had everything we needed for a week stay, and was beautifully decorated. Our host was also super responsive and helpful, which was really appreciated. Similar to another review, there was some construction nearby during our stay - but we were told this ahead of time. You’re far away from it being so high up, so didn’t really cause much bother. Thankyou again for a great stay! Would recommend to anyone.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach was not to crowded and we did trips to both Antibes and Saint Marguerite. It was really convinient to just book an Uber and go into Cannes for dinner at night. Thanks for the hospitality!

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerstin’s place. The apartment was beautifully decorated and well set up. Central to the old town and right across the road from the beach front. Lot’s of places to eat within walking distance as well as a very well appointed kitchen. We would definitely return to stay in future visits. I had a pleasant stay at Aurore's place in this charming place that is Mandelieu-la-Napoule. The accommodation is ideally located next to restaurants (bars) and especially close to the beach. I would especially emphasize Aurore's responsiveness and kindness. Best regards Jacques

Beautiful location, amazing view, and responsive host. There is a private access to the water, but the area also has public access and can be quite busy.
