Highly recommend the place! Great location within walking distance to the sea, the ancient city, and some of the best restaurants around. The host was very helpful and easy to reach.

We enjoyed some quiet downtime at Fatih's stone house half-way through our road trip around Turkey. Fatih's parents were very welcoming, preparing dinner and breakfast for us and the rural setting was idyllic. We enjoyed being surrounded by lambs, chickens, cats and dogs and waking to the sound of birdsong and yet we were only 30 minutes from the coast and the dubious delights of Land of Legends. The house is excellent value for money and is perfect for getting away from the tourist crowds. Highly recommended.

we stayed in the apartment for 3 weeks, the apartment was spacious and very clean as in the pictures. Also a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, the host orhan is a very caring and helpful host. He offered useful advice for places such as restaurants and cafes. We hope we have the opportunity to come back at the first opportunity.

Cozy, comfortable and well furnished appartment in a peaceful area. Walkable distance to the old part of Side with all the tourist attractions. The check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful with recommendations. We were very happy with our choice for a long-weekend family getaway.
