Our place is 5 km from the center of Manavgat and 12 km from the ancient city of Side. It is 15 minutes to the sea by car. There is a private pool in the garden of our detached house under pine trees, away from the crowds and noise of the city. The pool is only available for our guests' use. Our house has its own private garden. There are lemon and olive trees in our garden. You can enjoy the barbecue and pool in our garden surrounded by greenery. If you wish, you can watch TV series/movies on the smart TV in our living room.

About 700 - 1200 meters to the deserted beach, fully equipped (from the end of May till the end of October) with tents, sunbeds and transportation (all - free for you). Parking lot under security control. Huge swimming pool (size 800 sq.m.) + kids pool. Tennis courts. Playground. Please note: village isolated from civilization, there are no public transportation to the shops except taxi. Absolutely quiet and peaceful place!

The building is new, and all the white goods and the bedroom are new. It has a pool terrace. There are 8 residences in the building, and it is a quiet complex. There are 2 sun loungers. It is very suitable for families. We help our guests as much as we can with all kinds of things. Identification details must be submitted to the gendarmerie and police.
