Maera’s place is well-maintained. It is fully equipped with everything you need, including complimentary coffee and a variety of condiments for guests to use. She is very accomodating , responding quickly and efficiently to any questions and concerns. The place is very near SM Marilao (as in tatawid lang). If you’re watching concert in Philippine arena, it’s 30-40 mins drive. Overall, highly recommended. Will definitely book again in the future!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was well-maintained, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to SM North Edsa. I rented this place because I had an event to attend to at the Skydome. The best part was the host—Sir Percie was incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions or provide assistance, which made the entire experience stress-free. On top of that, the price was incredibly affordable for the quality of the apartment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay with excellent customer service!👍👍

We watched LANY concert on October 12 in Philippine Arena and this is where my friends and I stayed for 2 nights. We’re a total of 6 people and we enjoyed our stay here. Near SM Marilao. Easy for Grab Taxis and Deliveries. And convenient when watching a concert in Philippine Arena. Thank you Maam Milagros

Maricar is very friendly, welcoming and very accommodating. I requested if we can rent the Club House's swimming pool and she didn't hesitate to call the office and booked it for us right away! The rent was affordable as well. My 3 kids and their friends had a blast! We also received a welcome basket from her. The house is beautiful, clean and organized. Anything we need for the house were already there! When we visit Calumpit, Bulacan in the near future, we will book her house again :)

From day1 up to the last day of our stay at Sir George's place, everything is in order, the place/venue was quite big and clean. All the corners -- sala, dining, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Overall, it was very relaxing to stay because of the peace and quiet atmosphere. Even the surrounding was peaceful, making our stay-cation a very worthwhile experience.

Pepito is very responsive and provided clear instructions. My sister and her children had a great stay in the unit and would recommend this unit to everyone.

We had a great stay at Reynold's place! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our time in Metro Manila. Reynold and Rosalyn were excellent hosts. They answered our questions quickly and helped with our requests. We liked the thoughtful details, like having drinking water available and being able to use the full kitchen. Overall, we had a memorable experience and highly recommend staying here.

Thank you for hosting us. We had a wonderful time during our Holy Week stay. There's plenty of space for a puppy to play, but please keep them indoors, off-limits even in the balcony area. Bring your own room spray, towels, and toiletries. The unit owner and the guards are very accommodating, and overall, this is the best pet-friendly unit we've ever stayed in. P. S. I see a comment about the smell from the grease trap. I think it's normal and shouldn't be an issue. I put lemon to neutralize it and keeping the cabinet closed gets rid of it completely. Still highly recommended. ✨
