This condo unit has a homey feel with modest furnishings and was sufficient for our needs for a restful stay. All the hosts were communicative and helpful and clearly provided all rules and instructions and prompt responses to our questions. We appreciated the follow-ups regarding issues we had with the Internet and streaming services, especially by Ate Tin who came in personally to provide assistance. While the stay was generally positive, there were minor points for improvement like one of the lights was constantly flickering and for some reason, a strong deodorizer smell was quite prominent in the unit. Making heads or tails of using the electric stove is also always a challenge in Grass Residences units (^_^;) Overall, we had a pleasant time at FaithfulNest. Thank you again to the hosts for the welcome and for allowing us to stay.

A good place to stay around Quezon City. The place is peaceful, calming and clean. It is also near the mall. The host is very helpful and responsive. The cost is worth it.

I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.

The place was easy to find and it was easy to check in. Everything in the essentials description were provided and they were all clean. The view overlooking the city as well as the mountains from the Antipolo-Rizal area was nice. The room had a great amount of morning sunlight for productivity and relaxation. The internet was fast although the TV only had Netflix and Youtube. Nevertheless, my family only used the TV to watch on Youtube so it was not an issue for us to connect to the Netflix account. Overall, the place is very cozy and nice; the hosts were also easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!

Staying here felt like being at home away from home. The apartment had everything we needed, including kitchen tools, and was incredibly spacious and tidy. We would have loved to extend our stay if we could! The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool despite visiting during very hot days . Myra and her husband were great hosts, They were always quick to help us with any concern or issue . They were very helpful in accommodating our request to have laundry in the unit going to the trouble to install a washer. Mark was quick to travel at his expense to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The unit was perfect shape and the location was very good for us. Close enough to the major transit roads to get downtown and very close to major shopping malls. The amenities at the site are very good and especially so for those with children. In Manila family spaces are at a premium and satori is very well set up with pools , playgrounds , gym etc I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Manila to become a guest of Myra and mark

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas.
