2nd time booking Marianne's Airbnb - really an idyllic home to stay in at the heart of the metro when you just wanna get away from the hustle and bustle :)

Place is great! Complete amenities and rules are easy to follow.

My family and I had a great time at Balai Pandi. We loved that the place allowed our fur babies to come along with us. They were allowed to freely roam the property and swim in the pool. Ate Kim and Kuya JR both made sure that we were comfortable and were on call in case we needed refills for things like toilet paper, dishwashing soap, and trash bags. The place itself is very spacious and it had everything we needed for a relaxing staycation. Only negative thing is that the kitchen was not very clean when we arrived, especially the refrigerator and freezer. The freezer was lined with dirty ice and a used spoon stuck into it. However, we were able to make do by lining the freezer with plastic bags so that we can store our food & ice. I would also suggest bringing insect repellent or bug spray, especially if you intend to hang out in the outdoor area throughout the day. Overall, we had a lovely stay in Balai Pandi and would love to come back for our next family staycat

The place is clean and spacious. The host and staff are very kind and also responsive in the chat. They even accommodated my requests. I thought we wouldn't enjoy the pool because it was a bit small, but we had a great time. The rooftop is also nice at night; we hung out there to chill. Overall, we enjoyed celebrating my birthday here. 😊 I will definitely recommend this place to my friends. Thank you very much! ♥️

Location is perfect as it’s just behind SM North. Joemar was very responsive and we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already provided all the information we need during our stay.

The place is very cozy. Perfect for quick and intimate get aways. Secluded enough to give you privacy but with establishments within 5-10mins away to make your stay comfortable. Note: There are a lot of Northridge places in the area. Be sure to pin Northridge VIEW.

Bang for the buck. Legitimate 5-star Airbnb. Holds a high standard of cleanliness and it's very quiet in the area. The vibe and high-ceiling interior is relaxing and uplifting. Full kitchen from pans to cheese grater, you can cook full meals. 5 sets of hygiene kits and towels is very commendable. Friendly neighbourhood, no stray and barking dogs, a store 2 houses away. Best part is the snack bar cheaper than 711. This is the opposite of rip-off. We felt home, we felt safe. To top it off, Sir Ramon and their family is very nice and accommodating.

The place was super spacious. Perfect for parties and hanging out with family and friends! 😊 We had a blast with the karaoke too. The rooms were clean and cozy. The only thing was a few ‘unwanted guests’ flying around outside at night lol, but overall, everything was awesome. Thanks Sir Mark!

Hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever booked! Everything was spotless, fresh-smelling, and perfectly organized. The bed was so comfy, I didn’t want to get up! I loved the Netflix setup—it made for such a chill stay. And, Alexa was such a fun bonus! I seriously spent way too much time just talking to her 😂 This place is definitely going to be my go-to Airbnb whenever I travel back to Manila. Super worth it!

We had a wonderful stay! The place is cozy and comfortable which is perfect for a relaxing day off. The unit owner was very easy to communicate with and provided clear, detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out. Even our cat had a great time and enjoyed the stay! 😸

This was such a beautiful room - one of the prettiest I've booked here in Airbnb. It has everything we need and most of all - the most budget-friendly rate in the area as well. The host and her assistant had been very helpful throughout the stay. I highly recommend this!

I stayed at Tin’s condo for a month, and it was a great experience. Tin was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. The condo itself was clean, cozy, and perfect for my needs. The location was ideal—close to where I needed to be for work, with a mall just a short walk away (around a quarter to half a mile). I really appreciated having a washer in the unit as well; it made the long stay much more convenient. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Booked this place for a staycation and the place had all the amenities as listed! Located in a very convienent place with a convenience store, food shops, and coffee shop right across the street and SM North Edsa close by. I loved the feel of the place, the shower, the decor. I would definitely book again!

Ms. Lisa was very accommodating. I highly appreciate how clearly she communicated with us. Since we booked the unit the same day, we had to wait for a bit because it still had to be cleaned due to a previous booking. Even so, she offered to extend our stay, and the place was spotless when we came in. I also like how complete the kitchen is. Aside from the usual cookware, there was also some seasoning readily available. Lastly, the unit looked exactly like the photos. The bed was comfy, there were a lot of things to do, and it was easy to access. I highly recommend this place, and I want to commend Ms. Lisa for being a great host.

My kids and i had a super comfy and homey stay here. Also the hosts are very helpful and responsive. The place is also accessible on what we need thats why this is one of our favorite. Definitely will book again 🧡

I stayed here for five days and I enjoy every part of my stay. We binge watch Netflix. The couch was comfortable and cozy! My partner fell asleep there many times. The shower was excellent! The place was clean and it has reached my expectations. I love the dividing partition as well. The microwave is available for heating food. The biggest plus point for this place is the proximity of SM North and they have a special walkway going there that one may avoid the streets and its pollution. The view by the balcony is also wonderful. All in all, a wonderful place! Thanks Ate! God bless po.
