Great place for a staycation. Perfect for the summer months as the pool is still warm even at around 9pm mla. The place is fully air conditioned so you wont feel the heat when inside.

We had a fantastic time at this place! The pool is huge and perfect for relaxing or swimming all day long. The water was clean and refreshing. The rooms were spotless – well-maintained, cozy, and comfortable. It’s very private, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The secured parking for cars was a big plus! The kids had a great time playing in the pool, and we all had so much fun. It’s clear the host takes pride in keeping everything clean and tidy. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to unwind in a peaceful setting with great amenities! Will definitely be back!

Staying here felt like being at home away from home. The apartment had everything we needed, including kitchen tools, and was incredibly spacious and tidy. We would have loved to extend our stay if we could! The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool despite visiting during very hot days . The host was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. We will definitely be booking this unit again in the future! 🤍 Thank you so much 😊

The place is great especially if you have furbabies. My furbabies run freely and enjoyed playing around. The pool is not that deep which I preferred. It is very spacious for us. The grilling area is perfect. The bedrooms are nice and cold. My furbabies are really happy. The host is very friendly and Ate Kim and Kuya JR are very helpful when we ask them for queries and if we have concerns. Kuya JR is always cleaning the pool and the area. He is also proactive if the videoke machine had problems on the sound system. My family and I will be back with our fur babies :)

I have stayed here repeatedly. Like my previous experiences, this time the owner, Glyza, has been very kind with a great reflexibility as had been. She's been responding so fast. The unit itself is likewise good. Thank you so much!

It’s amazing that you can find this kind of place in Valenzuela. Very accessible and worth every penny but it could have been better if the owner will also invest in cooking utensils since the place is for larger groups. Thank you, Arbie! Highly recommended place. Ate and kuya was very accommodating and helpful. The place was so good that just when we arrived we already decided to extend our stay🤣 and they were very cool with it and even offered the other room since our room was already booked for the next day😅 All in all it was a wonderful stay and we definitely recommend it to others. The owners and the ate staff was very nice 😊 thank you for accepting us, we would like to come back soon when i get back from UK😁🤘🏾

We stayed here for a week and this place is awesome, it's modern, clean, quiet and very peaceful. The location is great, few minutes drive to town proper of Santa Maria. Our host was very accommodating and communicates with us throughout our stay. I definitely will stay here again and again. My hat's off to Ramon our host.

Very clean and comfortable kuya (caretaker) is very nice

This cozy space is ideal for two guests, with a spacious al fresco dining and cooking area. The sleeping area is smaller than expected and may feel cramped for groups larger than five. The bathroom is compact, with the toilet and shower not separated, meaning they can’t be used simultaneously. There's a dedicated garage connected to the al fresco area. Note that the sleeping area is essentially a container van prefab, and soundproofing could be improved. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential utilities, including an oven and stove. A standout feature is its connection to a sari-sari store, where the caretaker lives. This means you don’t have to leave for snacks, drinks, or toiletries. The space also offers free Wi-Fi, a smart TV with Netflix, a PlayStation 4 (games include Tekken 7, NBA2K21, Gran Turismo Sport), and effective air conditioning for a comfortable stay.

Marissa is very responsive and too generous 🙂 She even gave us a free food when we arrived at the location. Complete amenities, clean place, plates and utensils were covered by a clingwrap to know that they were clean and ready to use. Place is perfect for a family / friends gathering. Easy to find and near the convenience store. 🙂 We will definitely go here if we need a place around Bulacan ❤️.

the place was very homey and the stay in caretaker was very helpful. the mango tree was bountiful and you can pick fruits right from the louge chairs. the open dining living area was conducive to family bonding. the bedrooms were neat and hot showers were readily available.

Place is great. Very convenient din. Easy to spot since it’s near landmarks. Hosts are responsive too! Would definitely book again when there’s concert sa Philippine Arena. btw, one trike away (around 10 min ride) lang sya sa ph arena so you might consider booking this place when attending concerts there.

Loved the amenities and the sumptuous dinner! We had fun with the swimming pool, karaoke, Netlix and billiards! We were able to make coffee and cook rice too. Also had a good sleep at the aesthetic bedroom. The host and caretaker were proactive with their services too.

It's a great place to have a wedding prep in host place. There were a lot of location that you can take beautiful wedding prep photos. Host and caretaker were approchable for our concerns and request.

We loved our stay with Gez's place! it was beautiful and everyone had a lot of fun! You'll get what you see in the photos! There's a lot of things to do as they provided complete game boards, darts, card games and a lot more. The family never got bored. The place is very spacious. Everyone was comfortable. It's clean and the kitchen is complete. Very suitable for big families like ours, team buildings, etc. Overall we are very pleased with our stay! Just a suggestion if ther's any ameneties that's not functioning well, just need to put a note or let the guest know in advance for us to avoid using it. Thank you so much for accommodating us! Perfect for our intimate family chirtmas party. We enjoyed the garden and the swings. Lots of space for everyone. Fully air-conditioned house. Comfortable beds and sofa. Very peaceful neighborhood. Tagaytay feels because of the pine trees.

We stayed in Maria's house for one week and were very happy. Everything was as described. Maria was a wonderful hostess and communication was very easy. The location was very convenient since I have friends and family living nearby. There is a fruit and vegetable market in walking distance. Street food is available nearby. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Bulacan.

The place is near Ph Arena, which is we really appreciate because we attended a concert that time. Just outside the house, there’s a tricycle terminal which you can rent, that made it very convenient. We also appreciate that they gave us a little extra time to check out.
