Fiona, I cannot actually find the words to express just how wonderful your Cottage is and the experience and memories we created as a family here in Malmesbury. I've no hesitation in giving Chicory Cottage five stars, for the following reasons: - The host: Yuan was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and helpful communications before and during our stay. - The property: Chicory Cottage is a lovely place to stay, full of character and charm. It's very nicely presented throughout and is very comfortable and cosy, with everything you need. It has a cottage garden at the back as well, which is a lovely spot to enjoy a glass of something nice in the late afternoon/evening. There is a car parking space and/or you can park right outside on the road. - The location: just on the edge of the beautiful town of Malmesbury, it's a great location for exploring on foot. The town is just a few minutes walk away and there are river walks on the doorstep. It's also easy to get to other nearby places by car. Overall, I'd say this is one of our favourite places that we've stayed in.

Lovely little accommodation in a peaceful village with easy access to a footpath running along the river and easily walkable into the Main Street with lots of pubs and nice places to eat. I visited with my dog, and the accommodation and village were very dog friendly. Very comfortable living space with all the amenities you need for a few days away, and very friendly and helpful hosts who provided lots of local recommendations.
