We stayed at Adelaida’s place for 5 days and had the most wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, she made me, my wife, and our son feel completely at home. She was incredibly welcoming, warm, and proactive in offering help. For example, she noticed we had rented a Tesla and kindly offered to charge it for us, she even took the key and had it ready by the time we were heading out, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We also asked her if we could pay for an extra half day to check out late, but she graciously let us stay until it was time for us to leave for the airport without any extra charge. The house itself is beautiful and very private, exactly as shown in the pictures, if not even better. Adelaida, her husband, and their sons were all so kind and supportive throughout our visit. We would definitely recommend staying here and will absolutely return next time we’re in Madrid ❤️

Adriana was a great host and very responsive with helpful information too. The most generous host we have encountered in Spain or Portugal with breakfast supplies, and other extras. the apartment was comfortable and well equipped. The nearest metro was 15 mins walk and a large supermarket Alcampo on the way plus a smaller Dia store down the road. The high grass hills over the road are popular for sunsets with fantastic views over Madrid. Instructions on using the hotplates are in the drawer below if needed.

David was a perfect host from start to finish. Without us asking for anything, he sent us the details to access the apartment as well as an address for dinner the same evening since we were arriving late. He even made the booking for us. He responded very quickly to questions and the apartment was exactly as described. We were four couples, it was perfect! The neighborhood is very quiet and the El Carmen metro station is 50 m from the apartment and provides access to the center of Madrid in just 15 minutes. Frankly, if we have to come back, we'll be happy to come back to David's. We highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Hellen and Matya’s place. The location is easy to find and short walk from metro stop, with a supermarket nearby. The place is really beautiful, with lots of light. Everything worked perfectly inside, great shower too. The hosts were quick to respond to queries, gave us clear instructions for checking in and out and made us feel welcome.
