Excelente lugar, muy cercano a Chamartin y Plaza Castilla, fácil de llegar a todos lados. El lugar muy tranquilo y cómodo. Luis nos brindó un excelente servicio. Volveríamos sin duda

El apartamento de Ramón es literalmente como lo describe. Es un oasis que no esperas encontrar en medio de una ciudad como Madrid. Él en todo momento ha estado pendiente de nuestras necesidades y ha sido muy atento y simpático con nosotros! Sin duda nos encantaría volver!

We had a great family holiday with four children aged 5-10. Vic was really helpful with the all our questions and quick to respond. We were walking distant to the Bernabeu. The beds were super comfy and the house was so stylish but family friendly. Thank you for having us 😃

Mario's flat is in a great location: a safe, quiet neighborhood near public trans and lots of places to eat (grocers, restaurants, bars) so you won't go hungry. His flat is not a dedicated rental but actually where his family lives so it definitely has a "lived-in" feel with lots of decorations, toys and knick knacks. Though it has a lot of furnishings, it's so open, spacious and full of windows and light. You'll definitely have room to stretch and move around :) Even better is his warm hospitality, quick response and customer service. He had suggestions for local eateries and shops, and when there were issues with bedding or supplies he replied quickly and resolved everything satisfyingly. He even made a delicious local dish as a warm welcome!! With such a lovely flat and welcoming, thoughtful host, this home is a definite recommend. I'd gladly return on my next visit to Madrid. Our stay at Frederic’s place was awesome. Everything is just the same as on the pics. It is a perfect match for co-living even though there were 9 of adults. There are a lot of common spaces to spend time together. As well as bbq and swimming pool. Frederic was very helpful and supported us on every question and request, even brought us extra blankets when we asked. Highly recommend to stay at Fredric’s place and very grateful for the hospitality.

We loved the place. Lots of space. Very good for us. Lovely living area. Garden and pool not looked after. Very peaceful place.

Apartamento amplio, 3 habitaciones, , muy cerca de aeropuerto, bien comunicado para llegar al centro de la ciudad, , todo funciona perfecto.

Sandra María es bellísima , María también , su lugar es muy tranquilo si deseas estar cerca del centro , en un lugar limpio, bien atendido , zona segura, como persona Sandra María increíbles , nos recibió espléndidamente fuera de horario en una urgencia. María es súper buena una maravilla de señora y muy buena en su trabajo. El check in perfecto y no nos faltó de nada. Si volvemos a Madrid sin duda volveremos a su alojamiento con los ojos cerrados. Una maravilla de alojamiento. A estrenar, con todos los detalles que puedas necesitar para tu estancia. En pleno Malasaña y sin embargo es un oasis de tranquilidad. Rodeado de Supermercados, bares, cafés, restaurantes.. al lado de la gran vía. Proceso de check in super fácil y Paola ha estado para resolver nuestras dudas siempre. Lo aconsejo 100%. Volvere!

We had a fantastic seven-night stay at this apartment in Madrid! The location is truly unbeatable — just a short walk from iconic spots like the Royal Palace, Mercado de San Miguel, and countless restaurants and tapas bars. One of the highlights was the stunning view of the cathedral right across the street, visible from several parts of the apartment — absolutely breathtaking both day and night. Roberto was a wonderful and accommodating host, making sure everything went smoothly throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a place that puts you in the heart of Madrid, with easy access to the city’s best sights and an unforgettable view, this apartment is a perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

lugar muy agradable

The apartment was lovely, and actually was better than the pictures. The location is also good, with a five minute walk to the metro one way, and 10 minute walk to the beautiful Retiro Park the other. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and you won’t be disappointed. The only minor grumble was the fact the bedroom blinds (which are automatic), decided to open themselves every night at about 02:00, which wasn’t ideal as they aren’t quiet…. Apart from that though, the place was great.

Nous avons été enchantés par le court séjour passé dans l’appartement de Sergio. Sergio a été un hôte formidable, qui nous a accueilli très chaleureusement, nous a donné plein de conseils, et nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa personnalité et sa disponibilité. Merci à lui 😊 Concernant l’appartement c’est un très beau logement, confortable et très bien fourni en commodités, que nous n’avons pas utilisées pour la plupart. Il est bien placé, à 15mn à pied du Palais Royal, et dans un coin qui rend facile d’accès les bus vers le centre ou vers la gare (train ou bus). Nous serions ravis de revenir ! 😃

David a été un hôte parfait du début à la fin. Sans que nous demandions quoi que ce soit, il nous a envoyés le détail pour accéder à l’appartement ainsi qu’une adresse pour dîner le soir même puisque nous arrivions tardivement. Il a même fait la réservation pour nous. Il répondait très très vite aux questions et l’appartement était conforme en tout point à la description. Nous étions quatre couples, c’était parfait ! Le quartier est très calme et le métro El Carmen se situe à 50 m de l’appartement et permet d’accéder au centre de Madrid en un petit quart d’heure à peine. Franchement, si nous devons revenir, ce sera avec plaisir que nous reviendrons chez David. Nous recommandons vivement.

Appartement au calme, nous avons pu nous bien nous reposer après avoir visiter les endroits incontournables de la capitale. A recommander. Hôte réactif, a répondu rapidement à nos messages.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para tener una estadía placentera. Laura y su pareja fueron muy amables y dieron instrucciones claras desde el inicio. Muy recomendado.

The apartment met our expectations. Excellent location, walkable to the center, bus line 25 in front of the entrance. Spacious apartment with two bathrooms that make it easy to stay for more people. Excellent contact with the people from the agency ready to meet all requests. A couple of small things that could be improved is perhaps replacing the AC in the living room and a larger TV for guests who are used to using it (we didn't use it for 5 days) The neighborhood is super quiet by the river with two or three cafes and a market 5 minutes away....all in all, highly recommended!!!!

Tuvimos problemas con el vuelo hasta que finalmente nos lo cancelaron y en todo momento hubo comprensión y facilidad para adaptarse a los nuevos horarios. Respuestas rápidas y siempre muy amable y servicial. Gran experiencia

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa nel quartiere La Latina e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è davvero ottima: in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono tutti i principali punti d’interesse di Madrid, il che ci ha permesso di esplorare la città comodamente. La casa era pulita e rispecchiava perfettamente le foto dell’annuncio, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Unico aspetto da considerare è che, pur essendo ben organizzata, risulta un po’ piccolina per quattro persone, soprattutto perché il divano letto non è tra i più comodi per dormire più notti. Detto ciò, l’host è stato estremamente gentile e cordiale, sempre disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze. Nel complesso, una buona scelta per visitare Madrid, specialmente per soggiorni brevi.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado, cerca de todo, se puede ir a pie a todos los sitios y, además, si no quieres caminar hay estaciones de metro muy cerca. Hay muchos bares y restaurantes en los alrededores. El departamento es como se describe y estaba muy limpio. Los anfitriones son muy amables, sin dudas volvería.

Victor e sua moglie Liubiam sono ormone ottime. L'alloggio è posizionato in una zona molto funerale di Madrid. Per vedere i principali monumenti e luoghi di attrazione della città mi sono mosso solo a piedi. Vicino alla stazione ferrivuaria di Atocha per raggiungere con le linee ferroviarie diverse località di interesse nella zona. Pulizia ottima. La cucina è più grande di quel che appare nelle fotografie. Ci tornerei sicuramente.
