Very stylish apartment, fabulous sun terrace which is a rare find in city centre Madrid. Cool neighbourhood, quirky shops, tapas restaurants. Really comfortable and homely apartment. Really friemdly communication. We loved it ❤️

We stayed a month for the whole family and we are especially happy for the facilities offered by Francisco, who facilitated us flexible entry, making it easier to carry suitcases beforehand so that the entrance and logistics were simpler with the children.

Very modern, spacious place with all equipment needed and great location

This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit in Alcobendas was lovely and suited our purposes perfectly. It is spacious and well equipped and within walking distance of the supermarket and restaurants. Judith was a responsive host and the check-in was seamless. Would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Madrid..Close to the museums and Atocha Train station…Apartment was very clean and the kitchen had what we needed if we wanted to prepare a meal. It was over 90 degrees F outside and the a/c worked great. Gato Gato, the restaurant near the apartment was great and going uphill on Calle de Santa Isabel were lots of restaurants and food markets.

Enrique was a great host. I went for one night and we spent little time in the apartment but it was really spotless and very nicely located meters from Plaza Mayor. It was very easy to communicate with Enrique at all times.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment is within walking distance of nearly every major spot in Madrid, yet the street feels private and peaceful — nights were quiet despite the central location. The space is spacious and full of character, with high vaulted ceilings, big windows, wooden floors, and a quirky, artsy decor which made it a lovely place for us and our kids. The communal areas had a great vibe, the kitchen was well equipped, and the whole place offered amazing value. Highly recommended — a unique and comfortable home base in the heart of the city!

Loved this apartment—comfortable, well equipped and very clean, great location close to La Latina metro. Would be a ‘5’ all around if Lorena his co-manager could have provided a map we could use to find recommended bars and restaurants (as some of the hosts at our AirBnB have done for me before) and had been available to come down to let us in at the appointed time (2pm). We had to wait on the street for a few minutes. Be aware you have to climb 74 steps their apartment — no lift. Prepared us for our Camino walk. Thank you for a great Madrid experience.

We had a lovely two-week stay in Madrid, using this apartment as our home base. Located right on Plaza Mayor, with lovely views out the doors and from the balcony, this is a fabulous location. We were concerned about noise being a problem, but it really just showed the life in the Plaza and was quiet by midnight. We opted to eat off the plaza most meals, as there are better options and more affordable (less touristy). Easy to get to many parts of Madrid from this location, whether by walking, catching the train/subway, or getting a taxi. The apartment is very nicely appointed with a great kitchen and living room. Beds and bathrooms were nice too. We highly recommend this for families and groups visiting Madrid!

We were 4 adults and we were all completely satisfied with the accommodation and Julio Victor's treatment. Not only does it have everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is also very cozy and is in an excellent location with a subway station literally on the corner. Quite convenient. We loved the collection of books about Madrid and Spain, we were able to learn and take advantage of the visit thanks to it. Finally, I would like to highlight your attention as a host. Possibly the best in my years of AirBnB. He was attentive, kind, with prompt responses and even proactive in offering to store our luggage at his home the day we left. Recommended. Vincente is wonderful! His flat is safe and cozy with tons of space and everything you could need. The patio was so peaceful to enjoy coffee in the morning. The location is walkable to many things including the metro. One of the few flats with AC- yay!

Carlos was wery respossive, fullfiled our requests, you could relay on him, apartmanet is full of little things you need for everyday

Studio well located within the Letras area. Walkable to many historic sites, restaurants, tapas bars, shopping, among others. Apartment is comfortable for 2 persons with ample kitchen, living and bathroom area.

Lorena’s apartment is so clean, neat and comfy. We enjoyed our stay there. They are 20mins walking distance away from the city Center, which is strategic location. We met Alberto and he was such a nice man that ensure our stay were taken care off throughout! Strongly recommend to everyone!
