There are a very less places which I've been able to call the best and Bijo's place is one that list. The check-in was smooth, place is very peaceful, good and safe parking, well stacked kitchenette and definitely clean. Bijo is definitely a great host , very well spoken and considerate which is rare. Happy to have stayed here and will be back again and again and again.

The flat was exactly the same what was shown in pictures. It was too cozy. Felt like Home. Everything was well arranged in the flat. Worth for money. Surelly will recomend for 2nd time. Sapna is a great Host. We requested for early Checkin, due to other booking she managed to help us by doing the Early Checkin. She was too helpul and a quick responsive person.

Great place to stay. Had 2BHK with clean rooms. AC in both rooms. Kitchen utility available, Clean bathroom. Near by Carmona beach to hang out. Also grocery store, restaurant are near by the residence. Parking available for bike and car. The host is very friendly and responsive. Overall a great ambiance place to stay in South goa.

Wonderful experience. Amazing stay with scenic view. Feels at home. Deepali is a great host. Everything was the same as mentioned in the description, or even better. We felt at home.

We stayed here for 4 days and we had a toddler with us. The apartment just felt like second home, as it had all the amenities and everything had its own place which makes it a zero clutter place to stay. My daughter just felt so comfortable staying here. Though we couldn’t met Sweta but her takecare and housekeeping personnel were very helpful and responsive. The location of the property is just perfect and in peaceful surrounding. The flat was spotless clean and felt like we are at own home peace. Common gym and swimming pool also add advantage to the stay. Bike and car rental is also available just outside the main gate. We had amazing 2 nights stay there. Highly recommendable!

WYSIWYG - This is what it was like. Whatever posted was available in reality. No hidden surprises Keerthy, was always available - she was just a ping away and was communicating through chat/phone. Helping staff was well behaved and very supportive. Accommodation was well maintained and clean. Location might be a bit dampener but with nice A/C working and curtains pulled it doesn't affect much. Good restaurants are at a walking distance. Beach is on a 5 minutes drive with good options of shacks and good food being served. Keerthy was always approachable and suggested good places when requested for. Minus the location rest everything is 10/10. Location doesn't matter a lot, as most of the time one would be away and outside.

It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. Casa Regal is very responsive in terms of every small to major details from the booking to the check out. They helped us with early check-in and late check-out without any questions asked. Owner is having very polite nature. This Danika Resisdent is 2mins away from Colva beach which is awesome. Recommended.

We enjoyed your stay, it had everything that was mentioned. We even had our privacy. They were flexible in check-out just had to pay additional amount. On our arrival they gave us list to do in Goa. Everything was good, But due to renovation work it was noisy and our kid used to get cranky. The work use to start at 9am. We would surely visit again, but will make sure there is no active renovation work-in progress.

The place was amazing, actually better than what was depicted in the photos. The surroundings were great, peaceful which made our experience even better. Will definitely come back to this place again, when possible!

Staying at Red Rooster Village Homestay in Goa was a memorable experience. Melba (hosts mother) welcomed us with warm hospitality that made me feel like I was visiting a family member rather than checking into a homestay. Later we met karl and astrid, a lovely couple, incredibly gracious, offering great tips to explore the area :) Beach is only 5 mins drive with the scooter and the place is surrounded by nice little restaurants. If you’re looking for a place that offers more than just accommodation a place that feels like home Red Rooster is the perfect choice.

We stayed at Gauravbhai's place, his property is very nice. We enjoyed it very much, if I write more, it will be too little! We had such a great time.

It was a great experience. The place exceeded our expectations. Very spacious and peaceful. The caretaker was responsible and friendly. Completely worth your time and money. Would highly recommend.

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

Great place to stay and pool view is great. Quiet place to relax. Swimming Pool was good for which we choose the place. Bedroom is airy and would love to stay again here. Owner needs to only improve for stable internet connection as many time internet went down and had to restart. I would recommend this place for family stay.

Check-in was smooth and Maria's place was just as same as the photos provided. It's nearby to Sinquerim beach, and close to the tourist beaches. All the amenities mentioned in the listing are available. Maria was so helpful and was available to help with our queries. She provided with cab contacts and helped with other doubts we had. We visited as a family of 4 and it was a good stay.

Sid's place looks even better in person than in the pictures. The bed and bath linen used is the best I've experienced in Airbnbs. His housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Sid was always responsive to any queries we reached him for. The amenities inside the house are provided thoughtfully. The view from the balconies is super peaceful and green and all of us enjoyed spending time relaxing there. The property overall is friendly, has a good pool with a bar and music that's functional through the day. There is even an in-house restaurant that delivers room service to the flat. The beach is very clean, and within walking distance and we found some good restaurants that operate near the beach, especially Chris' Goan Ambrosia that serves authentic Goan food apart from multi cuisine. The house is spacious and very beautiful. Perfect for a family or a couple of small families, or groups. We had a fantastic time. Definitely coming back here !
