Vacation rentals with a patio in Majorda

The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, and the shower was like a spa experience.

I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

We spend 10 days here and really enjoyed it. The flat was clean and tidy, and had everything we needed. Also it got refreshed regularly. The communication was always smooth and we really appreciated the flexibility in checking in and out. The position is excellent, walking distance both to the beach and to the happening Benaulim beach road with many restaurants, cafè and shops. The property is beautifully maintained.

Home away from home...... there are no words to describe the way Rohit planned everything for us..... He is a gem of a person just a phone call away and will arrange everything for you...... It was my family's first Goa visit but Rohit took care and planned everything..... the car rental at discounted price was arranged for us and the location is great where all beaches in North Goa are within 4 km range...... the house is loaded with evrything you could imagine- water purifier, microwave, refrigerator, functional gas, utensils, full hd projector, home theatre, ac in bedroom as well as in drawing room, another sofa cum bed....... the care takers Avdesh and Ram are worderful souls..... I was not well and Avdesh in odd hours got me the medicine...... I was obliged....... thank you Rohit ji for wonderful experience at your place, I would recommend and eagerly waiting for the next trip at your place.....

Though we couldn’t met Sweta but her takecare and housekeeping personnel were very helpful and responsive. The location of the property is just perfect and in peaceful surrounding. The flat was spotless clean and felt like we are at own home peace. Common gym and swimming pool also add advantage to the stay. Bike and car rental is also available just outside the main gate. We had amazing 2 nights stay there. Highly recommendable!

It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. House of Joshma was an incredible stay for my family! It was nothing less than Goa paradise. It was so cozy that it felt so homely after the hectic Goa travel. The 3BHK villa was spotless, with a beautiful swimming pool and an amazing jacuzzi that everyone - from the kids to the adults - absolutely loved. The fully equipped kitchen made things so convenient, and Mr. Limon, the housekeeper, was extremely polite and ensured everything was well-maintained. We were all super happy and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a relaxing and luxurious family getaway in Candolim!

Praful has been responsive since day 1. Im glad that I found a beautiful and reasonable villa for our family and had a comfortable stay with complementary breakfast. Staff was responsible and was always available. I would like to rent the stay again whenever I'm traveling to goa. Had an amazing time.

It was a fantastic property, a 15 min walk to the beach. Having a car to go about is useful. There is room service available and it takes around 30-40 min to get the food. Food is good. In addition one can also order through Swiggy and other delivery Aps. Both Sharmila who was in charge of housekeeping and Sheetal and Maria at the front office were very good. The security guards, housekeeping were all very sweet and helpful. The jacuzzi was being cleaned everyday. The house was very well maintained and cleaned every day. Any issues were taken care of immediately. Lovely property, very green. We had a good comfortable stay, The villa had 4 very comfortable room, attached bathrooms a powder room, both upstairs and downstairs were very well built and the space was used very nicely.

We booked this stay for our groups outing, and the collective feedback was everybody loved the stay. The rooms, kitchen and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained.

Oma Koti is nestled in the village of Majorda and is probably the best get away from bustling lives. What I loved the most about the place is that: 1. The villa has its own essence. It is carefully curated, and has the perfect blend of nature and art. It's is very much soothing and comforting. 🤍 2. Zak, the host is a gentleman and makes you feel safe and like a home. He adds warmth to that place. He genuinely takes efforts to make sure that guests enjoy the stay. ☺️ Overall, our experience at Oma koti was very pleasant and we definitely look forward to being Zak's guest again in future. 😁 PS: Place has a bonus point for dog lovers. All the dogs are well trained and very friendly.🐶💕

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

Pleasant surrounding, hill view from balcony and rooftop. close to nature. You can spend your full day just chilling out on roof top. I stayed for 31 days, everything was good. Best place for someone who likes to stay close to nature. You can see different types of birds from balcony. firefly can also be seen in night time. Overall it is a good place place to stay in south goa.

The thing I miss the most after coming back from Goa is the stay! It was perfect for my friends and me. We were impressed with all the pintresty things done in the house like the little stickers on the switches that identifies exactly what the switch is for. We love Bob & Kevin (outdoor plants) who had plenty of drinks thanks to the rain. The place was peaceful and not to mention Nimish as a host was extremely sweet, welcoming and did an absolute fantastic job at maintaining the place, from cleaning it every alternate day to changing the sheets himself. We loved the stay and the host to such an extent that we don't have to look elsewhere when visiting Goa again! Thank you Nimish ❤️

Our stay at Costa montage was lovely. The rooms were clean and perfect for a getaway in South Goa. Ritu's detailed colorful interiors made our stay much more lively. Great facilities with the beach a stone throw away and safe vicinity. Thank you for hosting us, definitely recommend the place. 💯

This Place is a Gem for group of friends or a Family. Spacious 2bhk Apartment well managed, clean and as good as shown in photos. Its A Luxury at cost of budget. Tarunpreet is a great host always active & responsive. She sorts everything you need to ease your vacation. Safety is well managed with security active 24hours. Definitely will be visiting again. We had the most amazing time at this beautiful Airbnb in Goa. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is exactly as described—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—but what truly made it special were the little details and the warm hospitality.

Airbnb's have grown in number so fast and so far that some times it's difficult to find a great place, especially if you're in a big group. This place ideal for someone who needs 3BHK in North Goa, bang for the buck and more. The place is located perfectly in a complex with a swimming pool, two balconies with that view and walkable from Candolim beach, comes with a parking, 24x7 security and even the manager was accessible 24x7, literally. the place was not only clean, but was cleaned daily and linen/toiletries replaced daily if needed, has power backup, fans and ACs enough to ensure you don't feel the heat of goa even in Summers. All in all super value for money, you rarely get a place like this, certainly never at this price, not in 2025!
