A good deal for the size of the house. Clean, spacious, well maintained house and a helpful & responsive caretaker. We had a comfortable one night stay here.

Great place to Crash with Family or Friends. Calm and peaceful surrounding. Place is exactly as shown in the Pictures. The caretaker, Raj, was very humble and helpful. Shivam(Host) was really proactive in responding and assisted with any inquiries at the earliest.

The place was amazing, actually better than what was depicted in the photos. The surroundings were great, peaceful which made our experience even better. Will definitely come back to this place again, when possible!

Very central location and very nice, responsive hosts. You have wifi, two rooms with airconditions and a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine. You have everything you need in the neighborhood, including eateries and groceries. what more can you desire. I would recommend though to rent a scooter for a smoother transportation to the city and neighbourhoods. It would make your life easier. You have even a parking space in the house for the motorcycle. The house is good for renting for the longer stays.

The place is best described as quiet and peaceful with lots of greenery. We had good time and felt at home and had great time interacting with you guys ☺️. Patcho and rock were delught and we enjoyed their attention as well. Hope to be able to visit in future as well. Thank you for hosting us. ☺️

A beautiful place to stay in the bustling neighborhood of Candolim. Ours was a last moment booking and we were fortunate to have found Karthik and Elrika's place. Karthik is a lovely human being. He was generous and ever-helpful with whatever we needed during the stay. And the lovely dogs, who love getting all the attention from the guests. The hosts have a large beautiful garden consisting of plums, figs and mangoes to chillies and herbs. It is an abode of all sorts of birds. Loved the sustainable practices the hosts follow - composting (and using the compost in the garden), strict waste segregation, and sediment filters for drinking water. Many places unnecessarily use wasteful RO filters for drinking water. Surprisingly, Goan well-water is sparkling clean. Also, do ask for Karthik's delicious home made kombuchas. It's a treat in the summers. Looking forward to seeing them again!

We took up residence at Kenneth's home during the week before my wedding. His home was the perfect HQ for my family to rest after the long hours of wedding preparations and he was ever helpful in taking care of our every needs. The home was fully stocked with needed amenities and the stay was very pleasant.

The place is a little hard to locate but it is tranquil. An old Portuguese style house with excellent rooms, good natural light and ventilation.

The flat was exactly the same what was shown in pictures. It was too cozy. Felt like Home. Everything was well arranged in the flat. Worth for money. Surelly will recomend for 2nd time. Sapna is a great Host. We requested for early Checkin, due to other booking she managed to help us by doing the Early Checkin. She was too helpul and a quick responsive person.

I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

Home away from home...... there are no words to describe the way Rohit planned everything for us..... He is a gem of a person just a phone call away and will arrange everything for you...... It was my family's first Goa visit but Rohit took care and planned everything..... the car rental at discounted price was arranged for us and the location is great where all beaches in North Goa are within 4 km range...... the house is loaded with evrything you could imagine- water purifier, microwave, refrigerator, functional gas, utensils, full hd projector, home theatre, ac in bedroom as well as in drawing room, another sofa cum bed....... the care takers Avdesh and Ram are worderful souls..... I was not well and Avdesh in odd hours got me the medicine...... I was obliged....... thank you Rohit ji for wonderful experience at your place, I would recommend and eagerly waiting for the next trip at your place.....

It's for one night but felt like home away from home. It was too tidy and well maintained property & a must stay. People should appreciate properties like these instead of hyping the untidy ones!☺️ Would Choose Airbnb for such peaceful & Pleasant stay anywhere I go!

We had a wonderful stay at Nandu’s place in Candolim! The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and all the attractions. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. What truly made our experience special was Nandu’s hospitality. He was incredibly responsive, always available to answer our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable stay. His friendly and helpful nature made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in North Goa with a host who genuinely cares about his guests, this is the perfect choice. Highly recommended!

It was an extremely wonderful stay. Tanupreet was very responsive and she helped us proactively. The property is beautiful and is as described in the Photos. I would recommend the stay to all who are wanting to experience a good Host and a lovely property experience.

Our request to book was last minute.Roshan was very responsive no hassle in checking in. The place is literally a throw away from the airport. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants a stay close to the airport.

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this B&B in Goa! There was plenty of space for our group of four, and the location was spot on—tucked away in a quiet estate but just minutes from the beach. Shops and restaurants were really close too, which was super convenient. It was boiling hot, but thankfully, the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked well, which was a lifesaver. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it’s right outside if you fancy a dip. Shiny was fantastic with her communication—super proactive and made sure we had everything we needed, even though we didn’t get to meet her. All in all, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

We, a group of college friends, visited Goa to mark the end of our post-grad journey, and staying at this villa made the experience truly unforgettable. The villa is absolutely amazing—cozy, cute, and beautifully designed. We spent our time cooking together, enjoying late-night chats in the dining hall over ice cream, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. The rooms were luxurious and spacious, and the entire place was exceptionally clean and hygienic. The aesthetics of the villa were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the thoughtful layout and ample space the villa offered. I would love to stay here again and again—it genuinely gave me a feeling of home away from home.

The place is awesome for a peaceful stay away from the loud music, crowd and traffic. The host Shikhar Gupta took care of each and every small thing and is always available to respond to any of your queries and requirements. Overall it was a great stay and I'm looking forward to come back again.

A great place near zalor beach(carmona). sreya has kept the place near and clean with all possible amenities provided. hallmark of the place is it is within walking distance of the zalor beach. Only issue we faced was the place is a little inside and there are trash cans or dumping site for trash before you get to the place. Otherwise the interiors and the aesthetics of the place were beautiful.

The place is so peaceful and serene that you will calm and relaxed . The surrounding is lush green and soothing to the eyes . The terrace is amazing and you can enjoy beautiful weather in the evening sipping coffee or tea . The host is very helpful and forthcoming in whatever you need .

We had a great stay at royal villa, my kids enjoyed the pool to the fullest extent. Each rooms were clean and tidy. Kitchen is equipped with most of the utensils. I recomend this place to all those who wants to stay away from crowd and wanted to relax enjoy piece 🙂
