Monthly Rentals in Maitland

We were disappointed that the outdoor staircase, which is the entrance and exit to the property, had not been cleared of ice and snow before we arrived and were only completely cleared after we asked the following day. It should also be noted that the apartment has two different levels inside (not mentioned in the description) so the occupants need to be able to constantly negotiate steps.

We had a wonderful time here. Enjoyed the hot tub and Sauna. The beds were comfortable, had lots of towels for both hot tub and shower. It had everything we needed for a nice stay.

Anita's cottage made us feel comfortable and relaxed. It had a great beach vibe look to it with all her personal touches in the decor and design of the cottage. The cottage is very sizable and to have the extra bathroom in the nearby shed was truly a luxury. The cottage is well situated right on the water with only steps on the large multi level deck giving access to the St. Lawrence River. Swimming was great for our family and dog as the access to the river was shallow and gradual to the lake. Both of the full days we had at the cottage was sunny and clear and we were able to take advantage of the stunning sunset that landed directly on the deck of the cottage. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessary spices and utensils necessary to cook inside or on the BBQ right outside. Anita was very responsive to our requests and was accommodating to a last minute change in the number of guests and allowed us to charge our Tesla in front of the cottage.

Good place to stay in Brockville. 2/3 beds are comfy. Kitchen stocked full. Downside is the couch is meh, and the dishwasher is not usable! But we will be back despite these set backs.
