Easy access property, less than 50m of dirt road, quiet residential area. Very well equipped kitchen and barbecue, utensils in general of high quality. The maintenance of some small parts can be improved, such as the paint peeling on some walls and some switches with malfunction, but nothing that compromises quality and comfort. Well-maintained and clean pool, with excellent disposition catching sun all day. Quite friendly and flexible check-in protocol. Excellent for those traveling with pets, as the property is all walled and grassy.

Ingrid, from the first contact, took all the questions and made everything very clear about the accommodation. Always responded quickly, and was very polite. On the site, it is exactly like the photos, it has a beautiful view, a great laser area, and a fully prepared gourmet area. Our checkin was very quiet, we were received by Mr Ronaldo, who even living in the place, in total privacy, and welcomed us very well. Single point, and which I understand is not within the scope of the host, is access to the site, because as it rained during the stay, our return was not easy, as the dirt roads were very smooth, and are not entirely safe (on rainy days). Note: The host aware of this, instructed us to go the safest path (which can still be dangerous with rain), informing us about the problem in advance. But outside that, great stay, nothing to score on the location! Score 10.

We love the stay and all the receptivity of hosts! I was in a group of friends and the house met the expectations, very complete, large rooms, barbecue has the option to make baked as pizza, the kitchen has utensils to facilitate the cooking of several meals, the pool is very clean, the court has the option to play volleyball. It has a delicious space for chatting, and we still find exclusive residents ( chickens, seafood...) What a delightful lodging!!! Super recommend!! And we'll come back some other times. Our experience was so amazing that at the end we decided to extend our trip by another day. Didn't want to leave. The house is wonderful, super cozy and has a very privileged view. There was a small issue with the condominium's water supply, but Cibar and his employees were extremely responsive and quick to resolve. We will definitely come back more often!

We stayed with my boyfriend and I in Dona Maria Lúcia's apartment Because it was the first time using airbnb, I was a little afraid, but the experience couldn't have been better. Clean and very well located place, spacious and super comfortable suite, and of course a great host. Maria Lúcia was very polite, friendly and gave us great tips to make better use of the city, and Loren is also a sweetheart. Breakfast (which is charged aside) does not lose to any hotel not, very good and quality food. And the city is beautiful too, be sure to visit São Roque, the experience is very good.
