Adriano was always very helpful, responded to messages quickly and answered our questions. The house is very large, spacious and accommodates people very well. The neighborhood is very quiet, we hardly heard any noise. Full kitchen, all bedrooms with bathroom. Super indico. The house is undergoing a renovation and will be even better, but this renovation does not compromise the experience at all. A nice place to stay.

The only complaint we already knew was the dirt road that takes us to the place, as it does not allow us to move from one place to another. We spent Easter at the house, which is delightful. The house has absolutely everything we need, zero worries about what if it doesn't have something. It had everything. The hydro is the strong point of the house and we use it every day. The pool, even with a solar heater, is cold, but we went in anyway. The court is super well maintained. Calm, quiet place, cozy home. The weak point, but I think it was the period, there were a lot of flies. So everything had to be covered with a dish towel, a lid for this or that. Since we can't use insecticides because we have children and pets, this was the only thing I could report for attention. I'm already planning when we're coming back. I recommend it.

The view, nature, peace and environment complement each other with the beauty of the house. Everything was impeccable and I absolutely recommend this experience to all airbnb guests. I spent a wonderful weekend with friends! The house is super cozy, well-equipped and exactly like in the pictures. We spent four wonderful days in this lovely place. For those seeking tranquility and security, this is the ideal destination. Even during the cold, the house is extremely cozy. The main house has four bedrooms, including one en-suite, while the guest house offers three bedrooms, also with one en-suite. The kids had fun all day on the trampoline, and we enjoyed the tennis court and bike rides. The kitchen is complete and has everything to make a good meal.

Quiet environment, everything well organized and clean. It wasn't described in the listing, but the farmhouse has all the kitchen utensils, appliances, fans. The only thing missing was heaters, because it was soooo cold lol The host gave us all the support, from the first contact, gave us the exact location, there was no error. Since the initial negotiations, Eliane was very quick in the answers, as well as detailed and detailed in the information. The property is very well taken care of, has new and quality items for guests' comfort and well-being, especially the complete bed, table and bath linen. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. The internet signal is great on every property, including to support 2 TVs with access to multiple streaming platforms. The swimming pool is a show apart… air-conditioned, clean and with a view to the environmental reserve. We even had access to the orchard where we could harvest mangoes, blackberries and guava. We will definitely return!

The space is very good! The only point, which is beyond the host's control, is the number of flies in the place, which starts from the entrance to the lobby 3. The effort to control the situation is remarkable, citronella candles were available, but it really is a matter of being outside the property, which can be uncomfortable, despite the impeccably clean and beautiful place.

It was a delicious stay. The house has everything, large rooms, working bathrooms, everything in order. The pool is the highlight of the house, delicious and YES, the heating works, which made a difference because the party was there. We made pizza at night, everything was working. The view is something I particularly look for and it's wonderful. We're already seeing what the next trip in this house will be.
