The house is exactly the same as the listing description, beautiful, clean and with all possible items to accompany your stay. The outer part contains a beautiful and well-kept backyard, as well as the dam in front with a safe and well-kept deck. We used the barbecue, stove, games, board and several other features that were available with the house. The host is extremely requested, polite and seeks to help as far as possible for the best possible stay, from small acts like leaving the towels wrapped on top of the bed with soaps in closed boxes, giving the feeling of a hotel reception, to tips from markets and where to find certain items.

A clear and tranquil swimming pool is surrounded by well-maintained grass and trees. The pool deck features lounge chairs and an inviting entrance with steps leading into the water. A spacious house with large windows is visible in the background under a clear blue sky.

I went with my family to spend New Year's Eve at Rose's house and we chose the place because of its proximity to São Paulo. We were surprised by a cozy home, a great pool, barbecue and backyard. The listing photos don't show how nice the house is. Everyone loved it very much. Rose was very helpful and helped us with what was needed. In addition, there is the security of the condominium, market and fair nearby and a great place for those with children and dogs. We will definitely be coming back

I had a great experience with my family on site. Indico for everyone who wants a fds with both family and friends. We had a small issue with an indicated employee, but when explaining what happened after check out, the amount was promptly reimbursed.

A serene outdoor area features a swimming pool surrounded by wooden decking. Comfortable rattan seating is positioned nearby, complemented by vibrant greenery and a small planter. Lush trees provide shade, and a clear blue sky enhances the tranquil setting.

Wonderful place, as shown in the listing images. Comfortable, very warm heated pool that can be used until night without a problem. All the environments are very clean, I appreciate the attention of Mariana, who treated us very well! To hosts Lúcio and Eduardo who were also helpful. I recommend it to everyone.

The accommodation exceeded our expectations, being even better than shown in the images. Everything was neatly clean and organized. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, as well as the kitchen, which has all the necessary utensils. Célia was extremely attentive, always ready to answer our questions and available to help with whatever it took. We had a wonderful stay and, no doubt, we want to return on future opportunities.

Alugo houses near São Paulo many years ago, and this was undoubtedly one of the best experiences I had. The security, the large integrated internal and external space – which provide greater coexistence between people –, in addition to the excellent location, made all the difference. The market, approximately 400 meters from the house, was a great facilitator, contact with the host always ready to serve us. Simply Amazing! We plan to return soon. Congratulations!

We had an excellent experience during the stay! The house was extremely organized and clean, which gave us a lot of comfort and tranquility from the first moment. The pool and jacuzzi are a real highlight — perfect for relaxing and enjoying time with family. The accommodations are very well maintained, comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. It was amazing, my family and I had a lot of fun in the pool and the place is close to São Roque, which allowed us to go there and also enjoy the tour. The chalet is extremely clean, organized and beautiful! The hostess Gabriela was super proactive, gave us tips on how to get to the place, was super understanding and friendly. Without a doubt we will return there.

Very nice and spacious space. For those who want contact with nature and still enjoy a swimming pool, tennis court, volleyball and the beautiful lake, it is the ideal place. The caretaker, always ready to help and very friendly. Congratulations to Luciano and the family for such a nice place.

We booked the place to spend the weekend with the family, and it was the best choice we made, no doubt! The place is very good, large house, with all the necessary utensils, has screens on the windows and several mattresses, which for us was essential because we were a group of 20 people lol. Ps: the view from the balcony and deck is the most beautiful thing, I spent hours admiring every detail. Mrs. Eunice was extremely attentive from the time of booking to checkout, we have nothing to complain about, they were wonderful days and we are looking forward to returning! Thank you for all your help and patience with us. ❤️

Aluísio's house is large and very cozy, we spent the Easter holiday with the family, it accommodated 12 people very well. The leisure area is very nice, the pool is close to the barbecue area, so the family was always together. Aluísio and Lia are very helpful, the few times we needed them we were attended to promptly. The condominium is great, the house is close to markets, butcher and pharmacy.

I had a great stay on the site of Vitor and Roberta with my family. The wonderful eh house, very large, with the very large dormitorios. The house has all the household utensils. We are very pleased with everything and look forward to coming back once more.

A covered patio area features two wicker chairs with red cushions, positioned near a window with wooden frames. The walls are composed of red bricks, and a tiled floor extends underneath the seating, providing a shaded space close to the pool.
