We stayed at Daniel’s apartment for a long weekend away and had a really lovey time. The apartment was just like the photos, was clean and had everything we needed. Daniel provided crumpets on arrival, butter jam and milk which was very much appreciated! The place is in the perfect location, in walking to distance to the harbour and local pubs and cafes. Would definitely recommend!

Very spacious and comfortable flat with amazing panoramic view of the ocean. It was easy to park the car for free at a nearby park and walk to the new and old town. The beds were super comfy.

Gorgeous huge funky modern stylised Appartment with super comfy quiet bedroom. Equipped with everything and more you could want or need. Quality towels and powerful shower with luxury of deep bath to relax after walking the seafront to Hastings which is only a short Amble away. Cafes and eateries galore on your doorstep- particularly liked botanica for breakfast and the farmyard near the station. Easy to get around via buses to rye, battle and day trip via train to Brighton. Zee leaves comprehensive lists of well researched places to eat to suit all budgets. Shopping fantastic and great quirky vintage shops everywhere. I’ve photo shot so many beautiful recipes from a well stocked bookcase of great cookery books, book this place it’s fantastic , thank you Zed 6 stars x

Vanessa's place more than provided the tranquil, centrally-location we sought - it did it with a phenomenal view of the Channel coupled with the soothing rhythms of the waves, perfect for falling asleep. The bus stop for Folkstone was close by, and the one for Hythe across the street next to the beautiful Esplanade linking these communities. Vanessa's local suggestions were spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Thank you!

Thank you Mathew for allowing us to stay with our dogs. Even though our stay was an emotional one, we felt right at home and that made things a whole lot easier. Being Autistic with other disabilities/difficulties, it can be very hard travelling and staying away at different locations. From the moment we arrived we felt like we belonged which really helped me to cope, thank you We loved the basement apartment, it was perfect from everything it offered, to the unique quaintness of its character, to how quiet it was, to feeling so warm and inviting. We look forward to returning again

The apartment has so much character and the most incredible sunsets and sunrises from the balcony, one of the best airbnb experiences we have had.

Great location with a character. We wanted a cosy place further away from Brighton for a few nights and this spot didn't disappoint. Our goal was to hike the Seven Sisters route and the Southwick train station was just a few minutes away which was perfect. It's a pub remodelled as a guest apartment with a kitchen, a cosy coffee corner and a view to the shipping port. It's on a pretty busy road, so it can get loud, but it didn't bother us. The host was available and proactive - we received good sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. Thanks to Stephen and Fiona!

From the moment we stepped inside River House Rye we knew that we had chosen he right place ! A real home from home, but with a unique design that we simply wouldn't dare to do ... such a great place to stay and so easy to explore Rye without moving the car off the very spacious drive ! Globe pub very close by, provided ideal location to eat & refresh as did other places that Helen recommended. Even a little drizzle couldn't spoil our visit .... simply fantastic! We will definitely return 🫶

Oak Cottage is a beautiful property with typical cottage feel and modern comfortable living features as seen in the pictures. Everything you needed was provided, with plenty of crockery, pans etc. a coffee machine, coffee pods a Cafetière, tea, including herbal teas & sugar all provided. There was milk, butter & bread in the fridge. Lovely details of Chocolates in a sweet tray on the dining room table and water bottles in the bedrooms. The bathroom and ensuite had hand soap and cream, shower gel, and plenty of towels were provided. Lorna was very helpful and responsive to our messages prior to our stay, we had no need to contact her during our stay. I would highly recommend Lorna & Oak Cottage.

A delightful beach cabin experience. I booked this beautiful home for a recent girls trip. Sofia allowed us to get access early as several of us had come on overnight flights. The home is easily locatable and perfectly situated. We spent four nights, enjoying long dinners at the dining room table, sitting on the back deck, enjoying the stunning view and sleeping peacefully in the lovely bedroom. Sofia was responsive throughout our visit, and even let us check out a little bit later than planned so we could further enjoy the beach. note that this is a very low tide beach. If you’re hoping to swim, you will likely need to go to another part of the beach. The water is ankle deep goes out at that level for a very long way. The kitchen is very well appointed, the beds are super comfortable. I am a stickler for having decent hot water for a nice bath, and that was not a problem at all. Thank you so much to Sofia and her partner. We look forward ved every minute.

Victoria’s house was amazing. A group of us stayed for a walking weekend and was the perfect spot to walk to Dungeness and back. The rear access to the dunes and the beach was incredible. Victoria is an amazing host and was helpful and responsive all the way. Would definitely recommend.

Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful I am for Sheila and to be able to stay here to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely amazing communication!! So kind and friendly. The house was amazing and THE VIEW was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would more than come back here again. But if you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! Sue was an absolutely wonderful host. She communicated with me prior to the trip to make sure that everything went smoothly. She was extremely responsive and even came to help when we needed her. Her apartment was perfect for what we were looking for, she was very thoughtful and we felt right at home. If ever we’re back in Deal, we will definitely stay at her apartment again!

This is a beautifully located flat with a stunning view of the beach, just in the middle of everything. The flat was impeccably clean and simply furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bed comfy. The only disadvantage was that it was very warm even at the end of May. Sara provided fans, but there didn’t appear to be a window to open in the bedroom. We would love to go back to it though as it was lovely in every other respect

Fabulous appartement with superb sea view. Excellent host, always responsive. The only downside was that we found the local neighbourhood less attractive than expected, but it can be a good outpost to explore for example Rye, Battle and Brighton. (There's a lovely sandy beach near Rye in a town/village called Camber, but beware of seagulls if you picnic, which you must because the quality of the local shops on the beach is terrible.)

A lovely seafront apartment, clean, tidy and well appointed. After a snag with the code with check in it was a lovely stay and I’d recommend Kirstys place, particularly if you like to wake up to the sound of the sea.

Home from a lovely few days with my sister and elderly mother. The apartment was beautiful with everything you could ask for to make it like a comfortable home away from home. It was so lovely sitting on the balcony listening to the sea, such a gorgeous view! The hosts were always on hand and extremely friendly and helpful. All in all I would highly recommend. Thank you! Had a lovely stay at Oliver's place. The flat is super nice, comfy and with stunning sea views. It's also close to lots of restaurants and shops. Oliver was also super helpful and accommodating, and sent us lots of really good recommendations. Would definitely stay there again!
