The Annex has it's own private entrance, rear private patio area, sitting room/ fully equipped kitchenette, downstairs shower room/ large upstairs bedroom.

Dog friendly Little Appleby is located in Egerton, rural Kent, the Garden of England. We are well placed for the tunnel with Folkestone, Le Shuttle 20 miles away. Egerton adjacent to Pluckley boasts many lovely country walks with huge Dering woods walkable from the listing and the villages of Goudhurst and Sissinghurst within 20 minutes. By car, Rye, Canterbury & Whitstable are within 40 minutes Ashford Designer outlet is 25 minutes away. The dog friendly restaurant and pub is a 5 minute walk.

We are a unique rural modern lodge with every luxury, nestled in 3 acres. Beautiful views and walking on the Northdown's way. Great local pubs to enjoy. No better place to relax and unwind watching amazing sunsets, and perhaps sampling our local wine grown next door. Handcrafted Hop pickers shepherds hut perfect for either a romantic break or a well deserved escape from the bustle of life. Experience nature in luxury, sit in your hot tub and enjoy the views and country living. You are in your own private space. You have full use of your own private hot tub. The shepherds hut has a inside kitchenette, bathroom, a full size double bed and log burner. Outside has a charcoal BBQ, fire pit, lay z spa hot tub and seating area.

We also have off street parking for 1 car. Ideal if you want to get away from it all for a few days or weeks. Located 2 minutes from J7 M20 close to Maidstone. Ideal for Leeds Castle.
