Monthly Rentals in Maiano

Stayed here in April 2025 for a few nights, Chiara's place was perfect for me. The surrounding hills olive groves, and flowering gardens were totally stunning. I went to tour Florence, but I found it hard to leave this amazing property. Chiara is a fantastic host; always volunteered to help me get places, although I ended up just using the bus and taxi system. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We spent two nights at the Tower. My husband and I eloped and had a small ceremony with just the two of us, an officiant, and a photographer. The Tower was peaceful and the whole day was magical. The Tower had eggs, meats, cheese, beverages, yogurt, fresh olive oil and honey ready for us upon arrival. Coffee and tea was stocked enough for our stay. I forgot to buy flowers and Tommaso went into town the morning of our ceremony to grab me some. He was kind, caring, and genuine. Easily the best host we have ever had. The staff at the front desk even drove my makeup artist, photographer, and officiant down to the tower to help make the day go smoothly. The day was magical and we got to use the area of the property we stayed on for beautiful photos to capture our ceremony. It was romantic and private. The birds are always chirping and the farm animals were adorable! The property is beautiful to walk around and there’s city and farm views everywhere you go. I can’t wait to go back!

I can only recommend this apartment for anyone who is looking for a cosy and comfortable stay. The apartment is very nice and has everything you could need. Elisa was very kind and helpful and always answered my messages very quick. The place is very quiet and nice and you can get to the center super easy by bus. I would come back any time.

From the moment we met Alessando we knew we had chosen the right host. He was friendly and helpful and you could tell he enjoys meeting people. The place had everything you needed. The patio was pretty and private and offered amazing views. A three minute walk and you could watch the sun set over Florence. Perfect!!
