A Perfect Farmstay experience for my son's 3rd Birthday celebrations! We had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful farm stay for my son's 3rd Birthday celebration and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality by Shyam (caretaker) and team and made to feel right at home. The farmhouse is a delightful mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. There’s also a lovely outdoor area where we enjoyed the peaceful mornings with a cup of chai, taking in the serene atmosphere. It has something for everyone - open green lawns, kids play area, beautiful swimming pool with a toddler's pool. One of the highlights of this stay was the dragonfruit farm! My parents and in-laws had a great time taking morning strolls exploring the plantations and the wide variety of fruiting plants/ trees. The caretakers arranged for a barbeque (paid) and were very helpful throughout our stay.

The room exuded a cozy ambiance, making it a perfect retreat from the bustling city. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace, offering a panoramic view that added a serene touch to my mornings and evenings.​ Amols' s culinary skills are nothing short of exceptional. Each meal was a delightful journey through authentic flavors, showcasing her expertise and passion for cooking. The warmth and friendliness of the entire family made me feel truly at home, creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality.​ The location is another advantage, with Malad station just a short walk away, facilitating easy travel across Mumbai. Nestled near PG Road, the neighborhood retains its old-world charm, characterized by its petite, authentic Hindu heritage. This area is historically known as Chincholi Village, one of the oldest localities in Malad, dating back to 1800. For those seeking a blend of comfort, cultural immersion, and hospitality in Mumbai, I wholeheartedly recommend Amols place!

Jacob is an excellent host. Was quick to respond to all my queries and provided help and advice very promptly. The Building complex has amazing security, would recommend especially to ladies travelling alone. Amenities such as gym, club house etc. are value for money. Only downside is that water supply is limited but there are large storage tanks installed in the apartment that fill up very quickly. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend.

"I had the most wonderful experience staying at Amit's place for the past 45 Days ! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The apartment was exactly as described, and even better in person—spacious, clean, and filled with all the amenities I could have possibly needed for a long stay. The bed was super comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals when I didn't want to eat out. Amit was an amazing host, always quick to respond and available if I needed anything, but also gave me plenty of space and privacy. The communication was seamless, and I truly felt that they cared about my comfort throughout my stay.
