Excellent stay apart from strict non-veg norms. Though she won’t be cross checking by frequent unwanted visits by caretaker, only thing she demands is no non-veg inside home. Caretaker Mr. Murugan is so polite and true professional to his job. Minimal calling and great response whenever we tried contacting. Flexible with check in and check out. Apartment is Well secured in very busy area by professional security guards. Ample Carl parking available within the compound. Reputed paediatricians and doctors available within walkable distance Just 50 mtrs walk from Thirivanmiyur Bus stand. Overall great stay

We had a comfortable stay at this place. It is very conveniently located with all amenities available at walking distance. Sumi was very responsive at all times and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The place is spacious with big rooms and everything was provided as per description. It has elevator access as well which was required for us, due to my mom’s surgery. We didn’t have any problem during our stay. I recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy comfortable.

we came with as a family of 4 with my 3 yr old son... We felt like staying at home ... kitchen was well equipped to cook anything we wish for ....👍 the entire home was very clean and filled with lot of indoor plants ... home was so lively and pleasant... Our host Romica's choice of furniture and lighting for home is so unique and cool... All tourist attractions are near and we can get groceries vegetables and dairy products in walkable distance... Bed and bedsheets were so fresh and had good sleep throughout our stay ... the helping staff in the home was very friendly and made our stay awesome.... om the whole it was really a memorable stay for us here ... will definitely visit again in future.... Spacious apartment in a secure location and equipped with everything one could need for a short or long stay. The food was delicious and everything worked perfectly - washer, AC, WiFi, etc. Very recommended when visiting Mylapore.

A really pleasant stay the host was very understanding ans responsive would definitely love to visit again. We felt at home.

We booked the place to celebrate our son's birthday along with our friends and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The house and the pool was kept clean and there was an attendant to help out with the queries. Though I did not meet the caretaker in person but he was responsive and easy to reach out to over phone. The place is easily accessible from the main road.

Anand’s place is diagonally opposite to Elliot’s beach. Although there is no sea view from the apartment, the sea is right there, just downstairs! The apartment is old, but it is clean and well maintained. It is spacious and for the three of us it was luxurious. Thank you Anand, we enjoyed staying at your place and will do so again when we visit Chennai.

Everything was exactly as mentioned on the website—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the promised amenities. The kitchen stood out in particular—it was fully stocked and made it really easy to prepare meals, which was perfect since we were traveling with kids. The entire space was cozy and family-friendly, making it ideal for a stay with children. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. I’m definitely looking forward to coming back in the future if I visit Chennai again!

I had visited Chennai before, but this trip was extra special as I came with my family. The experience was extremely satisfying. The property was very well maintained and located in a prime area, with Swiggy and Zomato services easily accessible. A special thanks to Shivani, who was incredibly cooperative and always available whenever I had any queries. Her warm hospitality truly made our stay even more comfortable. The stay was very pleasant and very comfortable. We had every household items to feel home. Every single room is equipped with air conditioning , wardrobes and private toilets. The apartment looks exactly like the photos, but in reality, it’s even cleaner and more well-maintained. Commuting to and from the location was effortless, and having Kapaleshwar Temple within walking distance was an added bonus.
