The place is amazing. The view from balcony is better than what you see in the pics. Leaving hustle bustle & heat of city behind, this is where you can eneregise yourself & feel the mild winters. Trina is an excellent host. She kept guiding us about how to reach well in advance. The place was clean and we didn't find anything amiss. Bedrooms are spacious. Bathrooms were clean and were fitted with pump to have adequate water pressure. Kitchen was also well stocked. The glass jar for storing water is the highlight. Trina had kept kombucha stored in fridge . It takes time to get used to its taste. It was first time I was introduced to this health drink. My twin kids had lots of fun with adequate space for them to run around & fight.They had fun with plenty of games kept there. The wind in mornings & evenings was bit chilly. Coming from 35+ degrees it felt like heaven & when you can sit for hours looking at beautiful view from balcony listening to birds' chirping,it indeed was heaven.

Stay at the ora vue was wonderful. Neat and clean property with beautiful view of dam and valley! It is just at the cliff! Caretaker is helpful! Its actually 3 storied property, having 1bhk at ground floor and 2bhks at lower ground and first floor, having 3 seperate access. While coming from wai, google map shows to take turn before panchgani but i would suggest to take turn from baby point panchgani to avoid steep slope and sharp turns! Property is surely a recommend!

It was a wonderful & memorable experience. Janhvi is a wonderful host with such a great team. The place is private yet safe, beautifully built & decorated. Located on wai-Mahabaleshwar road, which made travelling/ roaming much comfortable. Panchgani market is few meters way. Apart from the main road, there is a parallel road to access market, where we spotted “Shekru - state animal of Maharashtra.“ Just by seating on swing we enjoyed beautiful weather & bird’s chirping. The house was filled with all necessary things. You just name it & it’s already there! Host seemed to be very thoughtful, creative & passionate. Everything was really good - be it furniture, books, plants, electronic gadgets, kitchen appliances & so on. Icing on the cake was the property had a wonderful and punctual chef. We enjoyed delicious Breakfasts & Dinners. The house had really good vibes & if you’re a history lover, it will take you back to the British Era. We would love to stay again at the property (home).

Reach the property, remove your shoes and walk around. Tha grass is prickly but feels great throughout the day. At any point of the day there is a part of the lawn which has shade so, you can lounge outside the whole day either on the lawn or in the chairs. Proximity to the the city and other locations is 10 to 15 kms but the drive is wonderful. Staff is helpful, food while there are rave reviews we were not overwhelmed. But it is home cooked, so no colours, no boating of the stomach. It serves the purpose well. Other than the lawn the other highlight was barbecue. We felt the pricing could have been a little cheaper but nevertheless it was great to sit outside barbecue and have a drink. Travelled with wife and my 4 year old. Overall a great place, everything you need is there smart tv, bar counter, great bedroom, etc. 5 stars for the place and experience.

This villa is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that make the stay even more special. The place was spotless, and Prasad was an amazing host, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The caretakers were also incredibly kind, and we asked them to prepare lunch and dinner for us throughout our stay—each meal was delicious! One of the highlights was the beautiful strawberry farm right next to the villa. Since it was strawberry season, we had the chance to pick fresh strawberries, which was such a fun experience. Overall, the entire stay was perfect, and I would 100% recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Blankets provided Breakfast, Tea / coffee + Dining paid @ actuals to caretaker Carry own travel kits *this home also has a 12 ppl dorm for sleeping so ideal for bigger groups too. Super clean and amazingly architectured bungalow, Home is located in Panchgani, right next to Velocity entertainment park & cheese factory, Rustam Inn, 15 mins from Table land and 5 mins from Mapro Garden, which is very convenient. A super host Neela mam will get in touch with you right after booking, guide with the location & house rules, as this home reflects the host's creativity and passion to welcome people, every minute detail and needs of guests are fulfilled. Winters are the best season to visit (December 15th onwards, to get Strawberry 🍓 as this region is Strawberry capital of India) We preferred to eat home food provided by Sandeep (who wears multiple hats - the trip guide, care-taker, Food manager) He made our stay much comfortable, On demand Strawberries can be arranged by him at doorstep to avoid crowds in Market. A Bonnfire was arranged at night to keep everyone warm and with some good music, singing mood set at night, seriously we don't get these winter weather and ambience in Mumbai, urban areas. On a very happy node, with our minds refreshed to make a good start for 2022, we said bye to this amazingly beautiful place, but for sure to visit again soon.. We had a great stay at NeelMohar. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location.Views are Amazing. Nilam was great at communicating with us, very welcoming and checked we were OK during our stay. Check-in instructions, directions, house amenities info were super detailed and helpful. Kitchen was fully equipped with all essentials in order. And Food made by local cook was very tasty. Thank you Nilam for making us feel right at home. We will surely visit again and will recommend this place to our friends.

A lovely spot with a stunning view of the valley and dam. The twinkling lights from nearby villages in valley at night are truly charming. The weather was very pleasant throughout our stay. The property comfortably accommodates six adults across three bedrooms. While food joints are a short 2–3 km drive away, Zomato delivery is available. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The caretaker, Mahesh, was very responsive and helpful, even arranging breakfast delivery. Highly recommended for a peaceful and relaxing getaway.

The location is great, the food cooked by Kisan and his wife was simple, and delicious! The place was super clean, and very convenient. Aparna has been really fast and clear in her communication. Would definitely recommend the place! Note that one of the three toilets is Indian style, whose convenience is subjective. Just wanted to put it out here for everyone. If you have senior citizens coming over, then something to keep in mind is the stairs to get to the front door of the house (roughly 12 ish) and then stairs to reach the two upstairs bedrooms (roughly 14).

I love the villa Great place situated in the middle of mountains. Rooms are spacious Only I wasn't happy with the taste & over price of the food ! Food was literally charged like high-five hotel and we were serving food to ourselves most of the time. Cook was also using previously used oil. They cook food in the same kitchen which is inside the villa so everything is noticeable. Improvements- 1. Food taste and price can be matched as per market 2. There is drinking water stored in mud pot which should be cleaned. It has green coloured fungii 3. Previously unused Soap and basic shower amenities can be kept in all bathrooms ! 4. Tea wasn't great literally like watery and too less of milk I requested cook to make it good but no improvements At the last time during our checkout morning, we made tea for ourselves

I recently stayed at the 3 BHK AC Valley View Villa in Mahableshwar, and I had a wonderful experience. The villa is situated in a picturesque location with stunning valley views, making it the perfect retreat for a relaxing getaway. Key Highlights: Comfortable Accommodation. Excellent Hospitality. Well-Equipped Kitchen. The host was also very responsive. Cons; The roads in the end were a bit narrow but was manageable as we were guided very well through clear instructions. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in a beautiful location. It was a memorable experience, and I would definitely consider returning in the future.

Pros - Everthing was superb including the response from atul and the host..the food was homely...hence we didnt have to worry about food....surrounding was superb, very quiet, greenery around..i had a small kid so it was safer too cons - The house needs maintenence. room doors didnt close bcoz the hatches wer not closing properly.. even the table was shaky.. bt i think the pros overtakes the cons..so overall good experience
