Pros - Everthing was superb including the response from atul and the host..the food was homely...hence we didnt have to worry about food....surrounding was superb, very quiet, greenery around..i had a small kid so it was safer too cons - The house needs maintenence. room doors didnt close bcoz the hatches wer not closing properly.. even the table was shaky.. bt i think the pros overtakes the cons..so overall good experience

The home had a different symphony itself, valley breeze, well maintained garden, hygiene and cleanliness top notch. Pleasant stay with our kiddo as the garden had a swing and good open area. we wish to visit soon again. Thanks for warm welcome kabeer with great hospitality.

I have visited Atuls place with my family. Using preloaded Google maps I found out easily. The environment and surroundings are quite peaceful and beautiful. Check-in was so smooth feels like entering your own home. The place was superb clean. only recommendation is if bed and pillow sheets can be better as due to rainy weather thera was little damp. But in can be ignored considering other factors. The food made the person specially chicken sukka is mouth watering and awesome. To feel peace one must visit this scenic place. No one will literally disturb you.

We stayed at Panchgani Greens for 2 nights during Diwali. If you are looking for a quiet location with beautiful views this is the place to visit. Privacy guaranteed. The lawn and verandha are exactly as per the pictures. We never spent time inside the house except to have food and sleep 💤. The caretaker is quite helpful and prepares tasty food as requested. He even helped to arrange a bonfire and barbecue. Tushar is quick to respond to your queries/ concerns and always helpful. Looking forward to visiting again during the monsoon.

The location is great, the food cooked by Kisan and his wife was simple, and delicious! The place was super clean, and very convenient. Aparna has been really fast and clear in her communication. Would definitely recommend the place! Note that one of the three toilets is Indian style, whose convenience is subjective. Just wanted to put it out here for everyone. If you have senior citizens coming over, then something to keep in mind is the stairs to get to the front door of the house (roughly 12 ish) and then stairs to reach the two upstairs bedrooms (roughly 14).

Quiet and peaceful place..host was helpful, caretaker was very helpful, food was great ( local cuisine) chicken sukka must try, property is clean and well maintained...reaching property in day time is advisable , it's little difficult to find property after sunset as there are no street lights and internet connectivity is very weak in entire Mahabaleshwar..overall very good stay..and a great experience 😀

Stay was excellent. Food from caretaker was too costly when compared to the taste and matches the hotel rates. I would suggest to stay at the Bungalow and eat outside.

The view from the villa is amazing. It overlooks the valley and you can see a lake at a distance surrounded by hills. The property was clean with enough space for 10 people. All in all, a great experience and a wonderful stay!!

We stayed at Rutubandha Bungalow in September 2022, for an office retreat. The place is lovely and quiet, with a great view of the mountains and ample space for parking and walking around. Simple home cooked food - both veg and non veg were great. Staff is courteous, polite and friendly. Facilities are basic, but rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. One of the bathrooms is Indian style so be aware of that before booking. Highly recommended for large groups!

It was a very good stay. A bit interior from the main road, but beautiful surroundings. Morning view was great with surrounding mountains and waterfalls and nature itself. A very peaceful and private place to stay. Host was very responsive and helpful. Overall a very good place to stay if you are in Panchgani.

Had a pleasant stay, got quick response about the queries we had from the host.. good place to accommodate 6 people comfortably and can use utensils to cook. The main bedroom fan was making noise and one faulty light in another room which remain on even of we switch off, might be looked upon. overall it was a good experience with a cooperative caretaker.

It was a very well maintained and designed house. Everything was as per the description. It was more than enough for 7 people. Cosy beds, enough number of extra mattress blankets and pillows provided. Washrooms looks pretty new and clean. The surroundings, the path to the resort, nearby view points are great. Food prepared by the caretakers were good and reasonable. Caretakers were always available. Only problem was wifi. On the day of check in power cut was there. Wifi was not working at night. Next day it started working but we were unable to make calls. It was bit of a problem as that's the only means of communication.

Supposedly one of the best centrally located place to stay at Panchgani with a good value for money. The stay was absolutely peaceful & the hosts too are very hospitable. Without a proper Hotel set up, still this place is worth every penny. Probably a good cook can add some additional value. But my personal recommendations for this one.

White House was an amazing place to stay . We were 5 in the group and everyone enjoyed the stay, so much so that we have decided to stay at Whitehouse whenever we visit Panchagani next time. Snehal was an amazing host and did his best to make us comfortable

Super clean and amazingly architectured bungalow, Home is located in Panchgani, right next to Velocity entertainment park & cheese factory, Rustam Inn, 15 mins from Table land and 5 mins from Mapro Garden, which is very convenient. A super host Neela mam will get in touch with you right after booking, guide with the location & house rules, as this home reflects the host's creativity and passion to welcome people, every minute detail and needs of guests are fulfilled. Winters are the best season to visit (December 15th onwards, to get Strawberry 🍓 as this region is Strawberry capital of India) We preferred to eat home food provided by Sandeep (who wears multiple hats - the trip guide, care-taker, Food manager) He made our stay much comfortable, On demand Strawberries can be arranged by him at doorstep to avoid crowds in Market. A Bonnfire was arranged at night to keep everyone warm and with some good music, singing mood set at night, seriously we don't get these winter weather and ambience in Mumbai, urban areas. On a very happy node, with our minds refreshed to make a good start for 2022, we said bye to this amazingly beautiful place, but for sure to visit again soon.. The property is situated at a nice and beautiful location. The caretaker (Mahesh) and his wife make sure that the guests have a hassle free and wonderful stay. Their commitment towards making the stay pleasurable is really commendable.

Stayed here over the extended weekend with my parents and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, with most of the key attractions in Panchgani easily accessible. I’d highly recommend travelling with your own vehicle, as public transport options in the area are quite limited.
