German made the experience of visiting Costa Rica so easy to navigate I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else my first time. This place features everything described and so much more. It’s like a magic oasis close to local/central outlets and food options. 3 minutes to the bus and local supermarkets, cheap by uber, and all around a convenient location. Those are just some of the things you’d love. The rest has more to do with just how much you’ll grow to care for the people who live around you in the short time you stay than anything else. Oh! And don’t let me forget the abundance of veggies, fruits and herbs grown right on the property and those surrounding. If you’re anything like me, you’ll love it here so much you’ll decide to take the leap and stay in Perez where you have the best of both nature and convenience while interacting on a day to day with amazing people. Book the stay, you won’t regret it ❤️

Had a lovely stay! The place is cozy, the pool was great, and communication was super easy. The caretakers were so sweet and helpful, and their dog is the cutest in the world. Honestly might come back just to see him again. The location’s convenient too, with the bus stopping right out front, which made getting to the beach easy even without a car.

This is my second time staying at Joe's place and again I had a great time . There was everything I needed inside . Perfect place to unwind and relax . I am hoping to come back again soon !

The place is very beautiful and quiet, the treatment and attention of Xinia was excellent.
