Our large property is steeped in tradition initially housing staff for the Chateau and formally then a hotel. Our property is in a peaceful location with countryside garden views, yet just a few minutes' walk to two restaurants/ bars & five minutes’ walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat main square with its bars, restaurants, shops and train station giving access to Poitiers, Limoges & Paris. The pretty courtyard & large garden are home to fruit trees. With sun/ shade spots & wildlife.

This traditional stone built villa sits in the centre of the village opposite a 17th century church, with free parking and EV (Sorégies) charging point. The local bar/shop is a two minute walk. Villa Lierre is 5 mins from a large supermarket at L’Isle Jourdain. The Circuit du Val de Vienne is 15 minutes away by car. There are historic towns to explore nearby, and the river Vienne is a short walk through the village.

Cette bergerie rénovée en 2019 est située à 10 minutes à pied des commerces et des services (médecins, pharmacies, restaurants, cafés, supermarché..) du charmant village de Magnac-Laval.

A 38min du Val de Vienne, proche futuroscope, 1h de Limoges et 5 min du dorat, gare à 3min liaison Poitiers -Limoges. Au RDC : un salon avec un canapé convertible, un coin TV. Dans une autre pièce une cuisine équipée (four, lave vaisselle, micro-onde) et une salle de bain avec douche et WC. Lave linge à disposition. A l'étage : une chambre avec lit de 140x200 Une petite cour attenante à la maison.

Une terrasse privée avec un jacuzzi (fermé du 06 oct au 21 avril) et un salon de jardin permettent de prendre le soleil, on y accède en traversant la cour. Un barbecue est fourni, vous permettant de manger en plein air et de profiter des belles soirées estivales. Nous laissons également à disposition des produits pour votre petit déjeuner.
