Third year coming here. I love everything about this place. Small kitchen but stocked with everything you need to cook, close to downtown pigeon forge attractions and Dollywood The decor, the hot tub, the location, the quiet. I will be back next year!!!!

We had a great stay at this cabin. Perfect for families that want to get out and see what Gatlinburg has to offer. Was a little off the beaten path but that made it much easier to get to. We walked to the Bhat for dinner, downtown Gatlinburg, and Anakeesta safely.

This is the second time our family stays a Larks Cove. We love it. We feel right at home. It’s such a cozy home and we love hanging out at the fire pit. The game room is very fun and the house over all is very clean. It si close to many places like Cherokee and Bryson City. Katharine takes the time to recommend places and to give clear instructions to arrive. Checking in is so hassle free which is a huge plus for us. This is why we came back and we will continue to come back

The place looked like the picture. Felt like a place that the owner takes pride and it shows! What got the jacuzzi had the water already and ready to get in. After a 7 hour drive, rhis was perfect!!!!

This cottage is perfect! It is located in a quiet area. Francia's place is perfect for a weekend getaway with your dog. My miniature Schnauzer used the doggy door immediately. She loved the backyard. Everything about this place is comfortable! We will definitely stay again!

Staying at the cottage was a wonderful experience for my family & I! We are so thankful to have found Margie & Chris’ listing, as it was very cozy, clean, and well supplied with anything we could’ve needed. On top of the place being well furnished & ready for us to stay, Margie was very responsive to anything I asked her. The location was also wonderfully centered and close to Pigeon Forge and everything we planned to do. We will definitely stay again!

Stayed for a couple of days with the pup & had a great time in Asheville - it was very convenient to west asheville! The dog loved the fenced in backyard and how flat everything was. The neighborhood did not seem very walkable so we just stuck to the yard.

Everything nice! This is a wonderful place to retreat and recharge after a day in the park. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to use. Nice big table in the main room. Comfy big chairs in the TV room. Love the sliding glass door facing the woods from the master bedroom. My travel buddy used the awesome murphy bed in the main room.

Tim’s place was absolutely beautiful. His home was just like the pictures. The trail to the creek was a bit hard to find. I would recommend wearing clothes toe shoes and long pants. He had games like bingo and puzzles as well as video games. Overall, everything was great.

The cabin was super cute! Very convenient to downtown Bryson City, while still being in a peaceful serene setting. I would definitely recommend Christie’s place if you’re visiting the Bryson City area!

Highly recommend this host and place to stay. Very private and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. We were lucky enough to see two bear sightings during our short stay.

I believe this was our 3rd time staying at the cottage. It’s one of my favorite ABNB’s. So cozy, so quaint. It’s like my little home away from home. It’s private, quiet, comfortable, especially the bed. It’s a bonus having 2 full bathrooms. Love the original wood floors thruout. Although we didn’t use the kitchen other than to make coffee in the morning, it’s updated & appears to be well stocked. We enjoyed the outside deck in the afternoons. And once again, I was greeted by 3 deer in the early morning. This time I had my phone handy. And to top it off, it’s a short easy drive to Main Street.

Great place to stay...quiet and peaceful. Very clean and comfortable...and very reasonably priced ...You would never know that this was a pet friendly place... no sign of previous renters pets... Only minutes from the parkway. Would definitely recommend.

Mary’s place reminds you of returning to a family home after being gone. It’s cozy and filled with things that make you reminisce. Mary was extremely responsive and super great to work with. The home is exactly as described and it worked perfectly for our brief stay!

Great little place with wonderful views. It was exactly what we were looking for to unplug from our busy lives, and enjoy some hiking, mountain biking and languishing with a glass of wine and a good book! The outside space was perfect with plenty of comfortable seating on decks and porches, a backyard for Finley to chase around his ball, and a gas grill which made dinner prep a breeze! We hope to be back one day. Thanks Michelle!

Amazing views and peaceful surroundings! Worth every penny and then some! Best place to go for a couples getaway with a hot tub and fire pit! Overall amazing!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Mayor's Cottage. The location is a short walk to all the fun on Main Street, yet on a very quiet street. The cottage is absolutely charming. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend Molly's place to others.

This was a beautiful house to stay at! The location was unique- we felt like we were at a cozy cabin in nature! Also, Ashton was so helpful and kind. She answered all of our questions and she even put a complimentary beer & sparkling water in the fridge for us upon arrival! We felt safe and the rooms were comfy- we especially loved the fan & white noise machines! The Mongolia tree outside was in bloom & LOVELY! Plus- we saw lightening bugs at night & the full moon. The seating on the porch was nice to eat dinner. All in all, we recommend Ashton’s place for anyone who is looking for a cozy retreat and still conveniently close to the hustle and bustle of Asheville :) -Mary & Kathy

David is a great host. Very clean & cozy cottage with a beautiful mountain view. Also very quiet & peaceful. We absolutely enjoyed our stay & experience and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Wow! Catherine’s cozy barndominium was everything! It’s beautifully built and you can see and feel the love in every floorboard, piece of furniture and well-thought out detail. I could truly exhale in that space and feel my stress melt away. The views were excellent. I was able to cook our breakfasts like a chef with the fully outfitted kitchen. And I couldn’t get enough of the 6-burner gas stove! My husband had to work remotely for a bit and had plenty of space and a great wireless connection to do so while my son and I were able to do our own thing in the separate space upstairs. The bedrooms were super clean and exceptionally comfortable. The place provided a short drive into the Asheville city center or to all the hiking and biking trails. The host book was detailed and provided so much info that you never felt at a loss for what to do, where to go or that you might be missing out on anything. Catherine was quick and helpful with her responses to all of our needs and questions.
