A spotless accommodation and very well located. In a quiet residential area and close to the forest for beautiful walks. A real little cocoon where you can feel good with a fenced garden, great for our little fur balls! Super well-equipped, there is really everything you need in the accommodation! We arrived independently but Annabelle and Laurent were very responsive and clear in their instructions. We strongly recommend!

Maud was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She showed us some places to visit, and recommended lovely restaurants and was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need. It is in a quiet area and walking distance to all amenities, and the beach is about 2kms away. Highly recommend.

We are happy with our stay. The house is spacious, there are lots of toys, books for children. The garden is large and the proximity to the surrounding forest is pleasant. The beach is close by car, the supermarket too. The neighborhood is quiet. We may be back ☺️

We had a great time reuniting with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is great. The same goes for the outdoor areas, with terraces all around the house to enjoy the sun at any time of day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to check if everything is going well. We fell in love with the pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix of old charm and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

Annick is charming and her accommodation is great! The tranquility that you can breathe is incredible! The pool in the courtyard is TOP! It even has a couple of bikes available to enjoy. My partner and our dog went and we felt at home. Thank you for your kindness and we look forward to coming back soon with a little more time!!

Great stay, very helpful and responsive host. The space was clean and tidy. Traveling with a baby, everything was planned. (changing table, high chair, folding crib, etc.) We would recommend this listing and host.

An environment amid pines, quiet and relaxing with plenty of activities on site in addition to all the surrounding bike paths. The accommodation is functional and well arranged. Frédéric is a welcoming and pleasant host. We'll be happy to go back. We recommend.

Frédéric's villa is a dream! The garden is paradisiacal and the location is perfect for relaxing. The house is huge and the furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Frédèric is a great host who not only gives great excursion tips, but welcomes his guests with all the nice gestures (welcome baskets with jam, coffee, cake, etc.). Lovely very nice apartment, tastefully decorated, good bedding. Very quiet development. Close to Hossegor and Seignosse, their beaches and restaurants! Less than 1 hour for Bayonne and Biarritz. Not to mention Spain! We made the most of our week!

Audrey's place is very warm and well located. The city center is a stone's throw away, lots of bars and restaurants are nearby.

We used Beverly’s property for a one night stopover on our journey from Spain to the UK and it was perfect for our needs. Lovely quiet location with all the amenities we required, bed was really comfortable. Communication with Beverly was excellent and we wouldn’t hesitate in staying here again

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!
