A spotless accommodation and very well located. In a quiet residential area and close to the forest for beautiful walks. A real little cocoon where you can feel good with a fenced garden, great for our little fur balls! Super well-equipped, there is really everything you need in the accommodation! We arrived independently but Annabelle and Laurent were very responsive and clear in their instructions. We strongly recommend!

Authentic house in a very quiet environment not overlooked. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful area with lots of walks for those who like to hike with elevation. Very well located house close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

We are happy with our stay. The house is spacious, there are lots of toys, books for children. The garden is large and the proximity to the surrounding forest is pleasant. The beach is close by car, the supermarket too. The neighborhood is quiet. We may be back ☺️

We had a great time reuniting with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is great. The same goes for the outdoor areas, with terraces all around the house to enjoy the sun at any time of day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to check if everything is going well. We fell in love with the pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix of old charm and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

Annick is charming and her accommodation is great! The tranquility that you can breathe is incredible! The pool in the courtyard is TOP! It even has a couple of bikes available to enjoy. My partner and our dog went and we felt at home. Thank you for your kindness and we look forward to coming back soon with a little more time!!

Great stay, very helpful and responsive host. The space was clean and tidy. Traveling with a baby, everything was planned. (changing table, high chair, folding crib, etc.) We would recommend this listing and host.

A little piece of heaven, beautifully decorated and very well arranged, with everything you need for a great stay, especially with children. We're almost in the forest and it's great. Frédéric is very friendly and available. Looking forward to coming back for longer.

Frédéric's villa is a dream! The garden is paradisiacal and the location is perfect for relaxing. The house is huge and the furnishings leave nothing to be desired. Frédèric is a great host who not only gives great excursion tips, but welcomes his guests with all the nice gestures (welcome baskets with jam, coffee, cake, etc.). Excellent short stay in the Landes, especially at Véronique's, we had a pleasant stay, in very good company of horses, donkeys and ponies, what a joy to wake up with this calm, the apartment really warm and very pleasant to live in. 👍 We'll be happy to go back, we recommend this beautiful place. 👌

Lovely very nice apartment, tastefully decorated, good bedding. Very quiet development. Close to Hossegor and Seignosse, their beaches and restaurants! Less than 1 hour for Bayonne and Biarritz. Not to mention Spain! We made the most of our week!

Very quiet residence, since cars are not allowed in the holiday village, which is a real plus. The accommodation is close to the lake and the ocean by bike, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. The amenities provided by Christophe are great and the pool is great. Christophe is a good source of advice and above all very responsive. We would not hesitate to return occasionally.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. The residence is very quiet, and in a good location. The surroundings are very nice, with forest trails for walking, and a great pool on site. The welcome by Emmanuelle and the departure by her husband Franck were very warm and friendly.

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!
