Absolutely exceptional and the photos do not do it justice. The small welcoming living space has heated tile floors in the bathroom and a cozy bed. the facilities outside of the living space are wonderful. I had no idea that it was going to feel like a tiny Shangri-La. cant wait to stay again!

We had a great time at the house in Austria! The place was very clean, well equipped and exactly as in the description. The location was quiet and perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. Check-in was straightforward and the contact with the host was very friendly and helpful. We would come back anytime :)

We really couldn't have imagined it to be so nice. Super idyllic, you can't hear more than the stream and the birds and the sheep from time to time. There are picturesque views from every window. Really such a great untouched piece of earth! Everything you need in and around the house. Uncomplicated check-in and check-out. Thank you so much for having us!

We were a total of 10 people staying at Karl's and had a wonderful time – it was like paradise! The apartment is very spacious and perfect for a larger group. The view was breathtaking and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We were particularly enthusiastic about the huge bed and the well thought-out space for everyone. Karl's brother welcomed us warmly and was very helpful during our stay – thank you again for that! We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back. Absolutely recommended!
