This stay was absolutely amazing. The land , the pub , the tour, and most definitely the food, all of it was great. Fonne was very accommodating. She made sure we had all we needed and then some. Everyone there was friendly. We were sad to leave and have already taked about going back. Do not hesitate, this is the place to stay.

We can only recommend this place - we will be back! Annie has been a great host who provides us with all the necessary information in advance and shortly before departure and quickly during the stay with questions responded. We liked the apartment very much, location on the 14th floor was great! Very tasteful interior design. The condo is highly recommended, great opportunities to relax with gym, sauna and especially the mega roof top pool!!! It was awesome! Very friendly staff, right across the street is a 7eleven - in case you need anything. In the area there are some nice places, the night market can be easily reached in about 15 minutes on foot, the old town in about 30 minutes walk - just top location! Traveling with four sisters, the two bedrooms are cozy, clean and convenient, next to the largest shopping mall in Tai'an.It's not on the flight path. It's quiet. The security in the neighborhood is very good.I had a great time staying for five days.

We had a great stay at Jeab's place. The apartment is small as we fully expected but the pool more than made up for it. Its a beautiful building. Jeab was very quick to communicate and super helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at The One Condo in Chiang Mai and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient place to stay in the city. The condo itself is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which is a must in Chiang Mai’s warmer months. The building is secure and quiet, and the facilities are excellent—especially the resort style pool and gym, both of which offer a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location is ideal, situated in a peaceful neighborhood but still within walking distance to Central Festival Shopping Mall or a short Grab ride to Nimman, the Old City, and plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Our host was responsive, friendly, and provided clear instructions for check-in, making the whole process seamless. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, perfect for remote work. A****

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The room was exactly as described, clean and cozy.The bed was comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s rest after a long day. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, providing clear instructions for check-in.The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood yet close to local shops. I felt safe and at home throughout my stay. The bathroom was also spotless, with plenty of towels and toiletries provided. Amazing condo in Chiang Mai. John’s place was modern, spacious, clean and had thoughtful touches like a fridge stocked with waters, eggs, bacon, and condiments. John was very friendly and responsive and was helpful and flexible. I highly recommend this space for your stay in Chiang Mai.

Location was great, the whole building is very nice and properly serviced. Multiple restaurants, shops and services around. 10 minutes walk to Old Town. Condo itself was clean, well equipped and in good standard. Wassana was very helpful through our time here, always responding quickly and supporting our stay. She also helped us greatly when we had some health issues and needed to adjust our stay. Overall, great experience, great value for money and a pleasant experience.

This Airbnb is located in a fancy, luxury apartment complex and comes with all the necessary amenities. It feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The lobby area features a vehicle rental desk, a tours and travel desk (where you can book day tour packages), and a cute coffee spot. The host is very responsive. However, the apartment complex has a somewhat deserted feel, we barely saw anyone around.

Booked this apartment fairly last minute as to meet up with my son who was travelling and staying in the same apartments. I was worried as heard a few others mention noise, but there was no problem. There is building work happening around, but it doesn’t disturb anything. The apartment is exactly like the photos. There is everything you need and it is spotlessly clean too. It also has a great spot in the apartment block with sun most of the day. Having the pools is an added bonus and I used them everyday. The shopping centre and eateries are literally across the bridge, 5 minutes away and in the opposite direction, 7/11 for everything you need and more food places. I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat

Really comfortable place! Exactly what I was looking for. The location is not as nice as some other parts of Chiang Mai.

Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

Great place! Great Host!

Just down the street from One Nimman and not far from the Maya Shopping Center, its location is great. One can easily get to the old city as well with Bolt or a scooter in about 5 minutes. Jacinth is a very helpful host if you have any issues. She’s ready to help. Quiet and away from the busy main road.
