It is on the ground floor (although there are 9 steps to access the building), and shares a garden and pool with the other two apartments, Adalberti and Caeruleus. It has a large living-dining-kitchen with all the amenities, 50-inch Smart TV, sofa bed with two seats, electric fireplace... In addition, it has a nice room that includes a comfortable "King Size" bed and is connected to a spectacular terrace that connects the two rooms, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in a large independent space and exclusive use overlooking the pool, the stream of the houses and great views of the village. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, and everything you need to enjoy every detail. Of course, it has a full bathroom with an arched shower, olive wood details and a design for the enjoyment of the five senses.
