Really lovely place, we felt right at home. Elena was always very responsive and helpful with everything, check-in and out was easy. Internet was fast and reliable with decent workspaces. We really appreciated the little details of having things like oil and herbs, etc, to use in the kitchen, rather than many bare bones Airbnbs that just have salt. Kitchen was very well equipped with pretty much everything you could need. Location is great, numerous stores in the area, including grocery stores, everything is very walkable. The only slightly negative thing is the bed is pretty noisy and squeaky when just shifting positions, which can be difficult if your partner is a light sleeper. But we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in Parma -- and hopefully we do, because the food is incredible!

A stone's throw from the center of Parma, located in a quiet suburb. By bus 6 or by car, you will be there in 15 minutes. Lively environment due to children playing in the nearby square. Parking space in front of the door! Ideal for the pleasures of the city, without the burdens: more expensive parking, ZTL, inaccessible alleys, risk of fines...)

Really super comfortable and well-kept accommodation, being able to enjoy the sunset on the terrace is really a treat! Nicola is a very attentive, kind and always available host for everything. We recommend this accommodation to everyone!
