Great house with great views!

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information we needed to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a fruit basket, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! Great place with parking space (a little tight if you have cars larger than a 500), clean and with all the comforts. The highlight is the area: mountain views, quiet, quiet and very close to the historic center. The host was available and access to the house is simple and self-contained. Recommended.

Place is amazing and great if you have a family! Quiet but also entertaining for kids, the water games are awesome. I would add more pans and pots and utensils to cook with, other than that it was perfect!

The place is super nice and very clean. The backdrop and outdoor area are beautiful, you have a large pool with enough moorings, a hot tub & sauna for your own use. Fabio is very nice and helpful! In 10 minutes by car you are in Riva del Garda, so you have the proximity to the city and lake but still live in nature and quiet. We had our dog with us, it was great for him too! Great recommendation, we will be back! ☀️

Incredible stay in Malcesine! The villa was honestly somehow more beautiful than the photos - and the view was stunning. It was a lovely spot to spend a week. We especially loved eating dinner under there terrace and lights. Matteo was great to communicate with and check in/out was very easy. As another reviewer noted, the drive up is not for the faint of heart - lots of windy, tight roads - but once you’ve done it a few times it’s completely fine - and the villa and view were well worth it!

Beautiful place! Marco was a fantastic host and the place has stunning views, easy to reach, and a super nice pool. We had a slight issue with lights in one of the rooms and a missing car key, but Marco was super gracious and gave us a couple of free local wines to make up for it. Would definitely return. Was the perfect spot for our group prior to running the marathon.

Amazing Location just above Malcesine, just an easy 10min walk to the center,great view over lake Garda. Nice pool and tennis court. The only thing to mention is the slow WiFi, could barely use it for work.

We felt right at home, Fausto picked us up on the street, the steep driveway is an experience. The pictures and description match the accommodation and surroundings. There are no restaurants and shops nearby, not even the beach. A mobile base is therefore highly recommended. Furniture a little older, but everything clean. Everything we needed was there, only a fan would have been the icing on the cake in the heat, not a day below 28 degrees, at night not a day below 20 degrees. A bathroom with a bathtub is located upstairs in the apartment, the 2nd with a shower downstairs in the annex of the garage, accessible through the apartment via a staircase. Fausto was always available, but we did not have to make use of it. Thank you Fausto, it was a nice, relaxing vacation in your house.

Only downside: very low ceilings, apartment not suitable for people higher than 1.80. Otherwise everything is super: spacious and clean apartment, quiet area but close to the ski resorts (15/20 min walk) and super responsive and helpful host!

We had a wonderful week in the beautiful house. The drive from the village takes about fifteen minutes and was curvy and narrow. From the house and especially from the village, many hiking opportunities are easily accessible. The photos show a perfect picture of the house. Don't expect a luxurious shower and no internet. Expect peace and a nice wood stove. As far as we are concerned, improvements for the house are: slightly better mattresses, a somewhat easier staircase to the loft/bedroom, a nice sofa next to the armchairs and where possible a slightly better hot water supply. Despite the areas for improvement, it's just wonderful!

The appartment is located in a beautiful villa surrounded by a wonderful garden. We really enjoyed the quiet, small swimming pool in the garden and there was a sauna next door which we also used. It is a special place and we will certainly come back. The garden is fenced which was convenient for us because we came with a dog ( you have to watch out for bees). To the centre about 15 minutes walk, to the beach a little further. The host is very friendly and responds quickly to messages. It was really great to spend time there.

Tiziano and Luisa are super hosts! We had a very good time and will be back for sure. Ideal place to go on vacation with your dog. Super comfortable bed and clean house, beautiful and tidy. They also brought us the keys the night we were locked out, super nice!

We had a great stay. The apartment is very comfortable with spectacular views. Great location for those who want to have some peace but still be close to the center (5 min walk). Mary was very nice. I highly recommend it.
