Rosemary's Nest is awesome! The view off the front porch is a different movie every night. Old Rag, White Oak Canyon and the Skyline Drive are about 40 minutes away, Culpeper is 16 miles away. I suppose we were a little different type of guests, as we stayed ~six months. I was there to recover from a full hip replacement and the steep-ish driveway was perfect for physical therapy. Rosemary and Joe became like family, kept an eye out for us and they invited us upstairs for many delicious dinners and a Civil War quiz. If I have to get my other hip done in the next year or so, we certainly will be returning!

We loved our stay. Peaceful, private, beautiful, miles of lovely walkable roads with great mountain views and animals. The house has everything you need and very comfortable. Fast wifi and great service. All our needs were met and even after a week, we wished we had more time. All of that, and great wineries, breweries, restaurants and coffee shops. Excellent value and wonderful experience. Thank y'all again!!

Connie was very easy to work with. Her house was perfect for what we needed and close to attractions that were perfect for us. If we need a place in this area again, we certainly would stay here. Very comfortable. If you need a fan for sleeping purposes, don't forget to take one. Bedrooms do not have ceiling fans. We are fan freaks, so we always bring one! We also were able to see wildlife from the screened in porch! Thanks again Connie!

Earl’s place was perfect for what we needed for a quick getaway from the city for a weekend trip. Earl and Kenny were very helpful giving us directions to the cabin and telling us in advance about the lack of cellphone signal in the area, so we pret and downloaded offline maps as a back up. The cabin itself was stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking and it was very comfortable. Thanks again Earl and Kenny, I would definitely recommend the cabin to others looking for an escape from the busy city life.
