18 m² equipped studio located in a former wine estate on the heights of Cambes, 20 km from Bordeaux. The setting is green and private parking is available for your use. The property includes a small theater and performances take place on Friday nights, Saturday nights or Sunday afternoons. Located 15 km from Bordeaux, Saint Caprais is a small country village in the heart of the Entre-deux-Mers vineyards. The house for rent as well as our house are located on a large, enclosed and wooded lot. The house is completely independent of ours. A parking space will be reserved for you. The 50 m² house consists of 3 rooms, an equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Everything is air-conditioned.

OLD PRESBYTERY - 17th Century

This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux. If you love old historical properties, singular houses and places which have a story, you are at the right place ! Our house is a safe haven, it offers a 10 people capacity with 5 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms. Bedlinen and towels included.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene 67 m2 space. You will enjoy the calm of the place near the Garonne, the castles and the vineyards of the Entre-deux-Mers. Ideally located 20 minutes from Bordeaux and 35 minutes from Mérignac Airport. Regarding pets, only small or medium-sized dogs are accepted. We no longer accept our feline friends due to bad experiences.

Nice apartment, on the 1st, in the center of Sadirac

You will find my personal apartment (my place of residence) of 50 m², on the 1st (only floor) with its balcony "pleasant view" and 25 minutes from the right bank ring road (Floirac). You will find a beautiful shaded bike path towards Sauveterre or Bordeaux. I provide blankets, sheets, pillows and bath mat. Bath products and towels are not provided.
