Roberta's listing was everything and more. You are in a safe area with security holding down the front 24/7. The place is spacious and can accommodate your party comfortably. We had help keep our place tidy, which was wonderful considering we were all on vacation. Roberta was communicative and efficient with responding - sharing her local recommendations and truly made it feel like we had a friend in Rio. Views from every room, it was difficult to decide which one to select (considering I was the birthday celebrant!) I'm the type of traveler who likes being away from the city and enjoying more local areas. It is close to the city, however, be cautious that traffic will make getting to city attractions a bit much longer (but it is worth it)! All in all, the place is affordable and definitely worth it!

Carla was a great host, available and responsive from the start of the reservation, ready to answer and assist us in whatever we needed. Carla solved all the demands we had, including going to the location to answer questions. The house contains three good bedrooms. The living room and kitchen are large and very functional, providing comfort. The garage, although tight, fits two large cars. The swimming pool is small. Check-in and check-out took place with the utmost tranquility. The detail of this accommodation is the location, which is very good in relation to the beach of macumba, in Recreio, close to the beach and supermarkets. However, upon arrival, the GPS directed us to the location, passing through a community, which is close to the property. Nothing happened during this trip and during the stay, but the feeling of arriving at the place, passing through the community was not cool, taking into account the context narrated in RJ. Highlight for Barra and Grumari beaches, excellent and very close to the property.

Andre was a truly amazing host. He lives nearby and treated us more like friends than guests. We were even invited to his birthday party — an unforgettable and authentic dive into Brazilian culture. The home is located about 1.5 kilometers up a rocky dirt road, with a 300-meter elevation gain — which probably makes a huge difference during the hot season. The views of the granite mountains are stunning, and you really feel immersed in nature. Monkeys are frequent guests There are fantastic hiking trails nearby, including one that leads to a waterfall, and I especially recommend the trail to Chinesa Vista — one of the most breathtaking views of the city from above. It’s about a 30-minute walk each way and a great little workout

Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

The house is perfect and very cozy! I felt very comfortable and having a lot of fun in the gourmet area, which is beautiful! The market in the home doorway makes it easy. Vitor is super attentive and is always willing to answer questions and help, great host! I have nothing to complain about, it was a beautiful weekend! I'll be back for sure, but I'll be back to enjoy it with the sun. Kkk village he was the only one who didn't help. Other than that, my weekend was perfect!

Everything was great! Hannah was super helpful and the house is beautiful, it is right in the middle of nature and close to Grumari beach. Wifi worked super well for work and, although it dropped sometimes, it always came back quickly. I highly recommend it for those who want to stay near one of the best beaches in Rio

Simply the best stay I've ever had at an Airbnb rented property. It not only surprised at the speed of response, when at the front desk. I traveled with a group of friends and upon arriving at the house, Jorge spent a long time introducing us all, showing every detail and the house was impeccable. In addition, he sent several tips of places to go and went with us in useful trades in the region. Great Beds, brand-new bedding, extremely smelling house and the space as a whole very organized and beautiful. I had no problem and because it is Rio de Janeiro, the region is extremely safe, quiet and beautiful. I HIGHLY recommend staying with him and getting to know the region, which is further away from all the hustle and downtown area. Perfect for those who want to rest and enjoy a break/vacation. We stayed there for a month with our two kids and family and friends visiting. Had a great time, and the place had everything needed. Secure neighbourhood, and the host was really helpful and responsive when needed. Really recommend.

The house is amazing, amazing view, everything wonderful! We asked for a flexible check-out and Leandro was super helpful, we accidentally ended up breaking a part of the refrigerator and they were super understanding! We will return and indicate again, God bless.

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Our experience at Sam Río’s art deco mansion was wonderful. Everything was great from check-in, cleanliness, communication, outstanding location, and even some playboy posters make for an authentic rio feel inside of the beautiful art deco mansion. The balcony has breath taking views of the sunrise and sunset. We had a group of 8 guys, who all had plenty of room for themselves. This mansion is located near the favela’s but we never once felt unsafe and even got to walk through and explore the favela area, just be smart. Located right between Ipanema and Copacabana, we felt like we were located in the middle of everything. Short walks to the great beaches, shops, and restaurants. Overall, if your looking to get the authentic rio and cultural feel I highly recommend staying with Goitaca in this beautiful art deco mansion.

Simply impeccable! The house exceeded all my expectations: extremely spacious, clean and well maintained. All the environments are very well organized, with comfortable rooms, excellent internet and a pool that is always clean — perfect for relaxing. The structure of the house is amazing and ideal for both rest and group moments. In addition, the host was a separate differential: very attentive, responsible and always available to help with whatever was needed.
