Great structure, beautiful and comfortable house. Safe location, the host always asked, responded promptly. We had flexibility both on arrival and departure, which certainly helped us a lot, as we are from SP and we went by car. A place we would definitely choose to return to.

We had an amazing experience in this house! From the first contact, hosts Daniel and Elisabeth were extremely cordial, kind and attentive, which made all the difference in our stay. The house is sensational! Extremely clean, organized, with a beautiful and welcoming decor — every detail conveys care and good taste. We truly feel at home! It was very pleasant to spend these days in the calm of nature, Mari was super solicitous and attentively answered any concerns with a speed never seen before! The apartment is beautiful! View from balcony is spectacular. The location is very good, under the building there is a 24-hour supermarket with a restaurant. The hostess is very kind and helpful.

The site is exactly like the photos and description. Very quiet, cozy. It is well worth going as a couple, or in a group. I'll definitely come back more often. The view is beautiful, very peaceful.

The Airbnb was exactly as presented in the listing, and we were warmly welcomed, even by the doormen. We had a little problem when entering with the kitchen sink, but it was promptly resolved by Hernane, which amazes me with the proactivity to solve these storms that happen. I recommend the airbnb!

I stayed for a month an it was great. The apartment is new and matches photos exactly. Possibly even larger than it appears in photos. Balconies are large and have great views. Kitchen is large and well stocked. Beach is a 2 minute walk and there are a lot of other great beaches that you can reach with a short drive. Bars and restaurants are close. Tarcisio was a fantastic host. Probably the best I have had. Absolutely nothing bad to say about my stay. Highly recommend

This place is very special. It was our first stop for our honeymoon. The location it is great, beautiful and peaceful, we had no issues to commute with Uber during the day and evening. The apartment is cozy and has the best view of Joating beach. We enjoyed a lot our stay here, and we hope we can visit again soon! Thank you Tatiana for hosting us!

I had a wonderful stay at Paulo's place! The space was spotless, cozy, and even better than described in the listing. Check-in was smooth and communication was prompt and helpful throughout. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located near a variety of shops & restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
