The apartment is impeccable. The sea view is Maravilhosa!! is in a great location, with restaurants, markets and pharmacies around... The condominium's staff were very polite with us. The stay was very satisfying! Pedro always very attentive, patient and polite with us! once again, a lot of obg Pedro!!

I would like to thank Fernando for hosting us in his flat. The space is very comfortable, offers a good structure and the location is great! The flat offers bed and bath linens, all very clean and smelling good. The bedroom and living room have air-conditioning, the shower is gas, very nice! Fernando also took care to leave a good hair dryer for use. The compact kitchen offers the necessary dishes and pans, as well as a microwave, air fryer and coffee maker. The checkin was super quiet. Fernando was flexible about the schedule. There is a restaurant inside the Residence that offers all meals, at a fair price, which makes it much easier for those looking for tranquility and do not want to go out, there is also a mini market. In front of the beach, quiet and safe to sit and relax, with a 24-hour kiosk. On the avenue we found a market, pharmacy and bar, we did everything on foot. The car was parked safely in the flat's underground garage. On the waterfront, it is possible to find an electric motorcycle and bike to rent and ride.

Good location, responsive host and the best view yet.

It was worth it. I went to visit a friend who lived very close and Bruna's apartment made this moment a lot easier. Although comfortable, the apartment is a little tight, but for a quick trip it was fine. I needed a chair and quickly had my request fulfilled. There was a small communication problem regarding garage access upon arrival (as there are two entrances to the building), but as Bruna responded quickly in the Airbnb chat, everything was resolved. In addition to Bruna, Bruno also answered all the questions I asked before the stay, that is, both are very dedicated to doing their best. I recommend to everyone Bruna's apartment.

Our stay was great, Monica was very requested from the first moment. We were surprised by a complimentary cake at checkin, a gesture of much kindness and affection from the hostess. The apartment is well clean, with a well integrated living room and kitchen, clean and well equipped. The rooms and bathtub are good. We had a great weekend in space!

really the service from check-in to check-out was impeccable beautiful surroundings 2 minutes from the waterfront... great restaurants, privacy and there is a street next door with cheaper options .. safe place to leave the car and the treatment from the doorman to the service was impeccable ... No doubt it was a wonderful stay, Caroline and Elzimar welcomed us well and were very friendly. The place corresponds with the ad, only the bathroom that is a little small, but nothing that does not prevent you from renting again. Caroline responded super fast and was super requests with us, indicated places to eat and even the bus routes she informed. I really enjoyed the treatment we received and I indicate super!

The apartment is really just like the pictures. We just thought it could improve in the kitchen utensils, and put in a large clothesline. Otherwise, it was as agreed.

Great stay steps from the beach! We enjoyed our stay here. The bed is very comfortable and the blackout curtains & AC in the bedroom made for great sleeping. It’s slightly older than the pictures show but still a very lovely place with an excellent host and experience. The proximity to the beach makes it well worth it!

You should be able to leave a 6-star rating. Romeu's apartment is an 11/10, it exceeds all expectations. Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (for example, with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant of first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. Maria's Departamento, more than an Airbnb is a home. Location: 10/10 In front of the beach and Posto 1. Safe street, well lit at night. A few blocks from the Rua Olegário Maciel, where are all the restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is ideal for walking at night. Building/condominium: it has security and gym 24/7, the employees are very friendly, pool and jacuzzi, everything works well. Apartment: It is very comfortable, two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, impeccable kitchen full of cooking utensils m. The beds/pillows/sheets/towels all in good order. The most amazing thing about this apartment is sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, it's magical. Hostess: It is undoubtedly a value added to the apartment, the sweet and warm of Maria! Very attentive she welcomed us with chocolates and coffee and always available on whatsap. Maria: we spent some incredible days in your apartment thank you for your love and we hope to be back soon! We would definitely choose you again!

Ninna was an amazing host, easy to communicate, and there for whenever we needed anything. I’d highly recommend staying here.

We spent a week for two in this place, we were fine. It's easy to go to the beach in the morning, for example, to walk around the Leblon neighborhood, to take an Uber to go anywhere in Rio, and to return and enjoy a quiet accommodation equipped with modern appliances (good air conditioning, 2 large TVs, an air fryer). There is a lot of equipment, but not always in great condition, the furniture is a little worn. But the essentials are good, including the jacuzzi that works well. Fabio was always very responsive and friendly during our communications and Valdirene (the housekeeper) was very nice, she did us a great service by washing our laundry, thank you! We had a very nice week and would recommend this place!

The apartment is perfectly located, right in front of the sea, with stunning views of the beach. Waking up every morning to the sound of the waves and enjoying the view from the living room was a real privilege. The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. The jacuzzi was a nice plus and the security of the building reassured us. The host was very responsive and attentive throughout the stay. We'll be back without hesitating.
