We are very grateful for the accommodation, for the assistance that Marcos and Petronio gave us, for the kindness and flexibility at check-in, we were able to enjoy it a lot. It was two wonderful days, market, pharmacy, ice cream shop, everything was very close, it really was wonderful. Marcos and Petronio are very attentive and helpful. We left the house very grateful and happy with the stay! We will definitely come back more often.

Had a great time in this house! Everything was perfect, from booking to departure. Communication with the host was smooth and quick, making the organization very easy. The house is spotless, clean and very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is ideal, and the services provided (Wi-Fi, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, etc.) exceeded my expectations. I've been to Rio de Janeiro more than 20 times. I've stayed in several Airbnb houses and apartments, but this one was definitely one of the most amazing so far. The house is very well maintained, you can see in every detail the affection that the owner has for the house. The house is well-equipped, it has all possible utensils. The kitchen is large and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The rooms are air-conditioned and the beds are extremely comfortable. The house is practically on the beach street and is in a very quiet neighborhood. I hope that all guests take great care of the house, as the owners do and as we did during our stay. Anyway, we loved it and intend to return other times.

Perfect place to spend holidays with family, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, barbecue area and very good swimming pool, safe condominium, everything perfect, Fernando answered all the questions quickly, in short the family liked the residence too much, we will come back more times... 😎

A few friends and I stayed here and enjoyed every minute. The host is very helpful and responsive, it's minutes aways from two grocery stores and I felt safe every minute. The house was beautiful and it was an over all enjoyable experience.

Amazing isn’t enough to describe this place and the hosts. This house is a utopia within a utopia. Within a gated community, this location was incredibly safe. The housekeepers were incredibly honest and friendly and kept the location clean even during our stay. Tathy was by far the best host I’ve ever interacted with and she made sure we enjoyed our stay. She answered every question I had and communicated well to inform us about the housekeeping hours so we wouldn’t get caught off guard. I will be visiting Rio again in the future and I will hope to stay at this location when I do. 100/10 experience. Would recommend them to anyone traveling to Rio

Communication was great and the house exceeded expectations. Very spacious, clean and organized. We didn't lack anything. Luiz and Dani were super helpful and malleable when negotiating the check-in and check-out time. I recommend it.

Excellent space, with complete infrastructure, all desirable utensils and very good taste. Privileged location and easy to get to. It is located in the middle of the beach of Piratininga, height of the delirium kiosk, a space aimed at those who enjoy rock in roll, as in my case, our host, Bruno, was extremely kind and polite. I would definitely be staying again.

An amazing villa and conveniently located in Rio. Large and comfortable it is also well made for friends and families. Luciana is very kind and present, with good advice, it's a pleasure to have met him.

I stayed less than a day in the house and had already left wanting to come back again. The space is beautiful, cozy and perfect for those who want to relax and disconnect (or make a tbm recording that was what I went to do haha). It still has a wonderful mini waterfall close to the house. We'll be back soon!!!

I rented the house to pass the fds and celebrate my aunt's birthday. The house is great, very large and with a modern decoration. José had some unforeseen events with the cleaning, but he tried his best to make the house comfortable to welcome us. José was always very helpful and attentive. It was a great weekend.

During the carnival, my family and I had a wonderful stay in a welcoming and well-equipped home, perfect for those traveling with small children. The house offered everything we needed: cradle, bathtub and a playground that delighted our baby, as well as a pool that provided fun for our eldest daughter. The proximity to shopping malls, with special children's programming, was a fantastic differential. Hosts were extremely kind and helpful, which made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend to those seeking rest and family comfort.

I spent 4 days at the house with 15 friends. Spacious rooms, all very clean and the ultimate location. The hosts respond quickly and I had no problem!! Furthermore allowed me to leave my bags in the house until the time of my embarkation… which was great.

We stay 12 days in this paradise, the place is simply amazing the super ventilated room with a huge glass window,provides a breathtaking view of the super famous local Marambaia restinga that was once the scene of several soap operas and frequented pain several presidents of the republic,The gentle breeze,next to the stunning scenery, makes you feel in a true paradise,the kitchen is complete with all the necessary household utensils, potent refrigerator,ideal for those who like to prepare their own meals,the bathroom with electric shower is extremely clean,there are three different points in the house to enjoy the view,room,room and yard! Maria is a sensational person always concerned with our good is, always proactive and with excellent communication,if we feel at home what made all the difference in our experience,the place is the basis of the main trails such as the telegraph, wild beaches.

we had already been there 1 time, with the whole family, to solve a mass of a death of a family member and had already been great. Now only my parents went to solve bureaucratic problems in the city and simply loved, felt at home, didn't even want to leave RS, went hiking, they liked the nearby area, the variety of trade, banks, markets, etc. Ana Paula helped them with the TV and with everything they needed, they will be more often if you need it.
