We absolutely loved the home and property- very peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed! We enjoyed the hot tub every day and the large fire pit. We enjoyed lunch at Mesa Lakes Lodge and hiking around the many lakes. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us and helping us celebrate our anniversary!

Sharon and Bill's guest house is so incredibly comfortable and modern, I didn't want to leave! The abode is the perfect, cool getaway when you need rest and isolation in a hot town jam-packed with wedding guests. Every amenity you can think of and then some is provided. The spacious guesthouse is filled with modern furniture and a variety of other appointments to ensure you'll have a comfortable place to call home. I'm sort of a big guy, and when I first laid down on the mattress, I knew I was going to love it. I wound up sleeping hard all three nights I was there. My wife has family in Fruita, and with any luck, I'll be back at this comfy hideout again! They also have an absolutely beautiful backyard, which I didn't take advantage of, but if you want to sit outside in a peaceful environment, it's there for you, including a hot tub. I highly recommend Sharon and Bill's guesthouse if you're looking for a place to stay in Fruita.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the farm. My boys loved the farm animals and Cindy’s sweet dog. Cindy and her husband were so kind and their place is beautiful.

We booked this place to celebrate my mother-in-law 87th birthday and she had an amazing time we loved the house the sign out front said the farmhouse and it felt like it was just that. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay here Monee.

Such an amazing stay! Cathy communicates well and was an amazing host. The house is beautiful and has multiple rooms that you can rent out. We enjoyed getting to know the other travelers staying at Cathy’s place— we shared common spaces such as the kitchen— but had a wonderful quiet private suite to stay in. The bed was very comfy, the house was clean, and we were able to bring our dog! Cathy provides everything you need for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Cassandra’s place is cute, quiet and close to all the restaurants and shops of Fruita. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at her place! The bed is comfy which was such a treat after a fun filled day of mountain biking and hiking and yoga!

Kathryn was very responsive, welcoming, and provided us with an amazing place to stay as we passed through. The layout is spacious, homey, extremely inviting, comfortable, has all the amenities you could ask for, and to top it off a perfect backyard for your pup to explore and play in. We couldn’t have been happier with the host and home and would stay here again in a heartbeat!
