The approximately 100 square meter vacation home is located in an outbuilding of a three-sided courtyard, the former Wildschützer Pfarrhof. The apartment on two floors, furnished with attention to detail, offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Next to the main entrance door, a kitchen door leads directly into the green courtyard. The terrace offers seating and a barbecue area. Behind the barn is the spacious garden with swimming pool.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

There are 2 workshops (no noise!) for design students in the private courtyard. The Airbnb is on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor are our private rooms and a studio. Here you will find a perfect retreat with a wide view of the greenery just 10 minutes from the city center.

Underfloor heating everywhere. Wood for the fireplace in the garden is available.
