Babeth is a very welcoming, friendly and very pleasant Host... The accommodation and services fully match the listing... 👍🏻 the spa pool billiards and foosball... everything is impeccable... We had a pleasant stay at Babeth's... I would definitely recommend it... We'll be back... 😉

Clean and well-equipped accommodation.

Comfortable studio, with private access directly from the living room to the heated pool and jacuzzi, private terrace accessible from the bay window of the pool so very convenient. The sofa bed and pillows were very comfortable. Equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, kettle, cup, cutlery, spices, etc.). We enjoyed the fresh fruit juices for breakfast. The company of Madison, the adorable dog, was nice. Nathalie was very warm and friendly. Thank you very much. We're leaving relaxed.

An exceptional family stay at Baptistin's cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both children and adults, various games, indoor pool and relaxing on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, a must! Have a great stay at Isabelle's. The heron's nest is a quiet little cocoon, very well decorated and equipped. The place is very well served by the tram, which allows you to reach the center of Nantes very quickly. And the outdoor area with the small garden, its fragrant roses and the heated pool allows you to rest well after walking around the city. I highly recommend it!

Once again a very nice extended weekend with the family in the Marais where the weather allowed us to enjoy swimming and the outdoors. The house has everything you need and is very well prepared before our arrival. We were delighted to come back and will come back again.

We stayed in this house for one night (Saturday to Sunday). The house is pleasant ,located in a quiet environment, perfect for relaxing. The owner was very nice and responsive during our interactions. Overall we had a nice stay!

Fantastic, modern, well thought out, clean and super well-equipped place, it feels good immediately. The sea is a stone's throw away with direct beach access, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to pick up shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up to a sea view is amazing! The exterior is pleasant and flowery, watch out for snails early in the morning :) Don't hesitate! ;) Richard and Mafalda

very nice cottage, tastefully decorated. very well-equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher..... very good bedding. everything is very clean. the little extra is an ideal private outdoor area when the weather is nice. Very responsive host despite an unforeseen event. We would happily stay again and recommend the cottage without any problem.

We had a wonderful time. The house was just as pictured, the view, with a remarkable location. A favorite, it was sad to leave this magical place. David is a nice person. We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

Very nice house, well decorated and well equipped and extremely well located. Beaches, supermarket, bakery (very good) WALKING DISTANCE. Sainte Marie is a lovely village. The coastal trail that connects Pornic to Préfailles is wonderful. We'll be happy to go back!
