Very warm apartment, in front of the Capbreton canal. You can see the boats passing by from the covered and enclosed terrace. You can get everywhere on foot or by bike. Fully equipped. We're so excited.

We had the best time, we didn't want to leave Casa Rural Kostoenea. Nadia was a fantastic host, so friendly, knowledgeable and happy to help with anything we needed. The setting was absolutely stunning, beautiful views over the sea and right beside many beautiful walking trails. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes from town, and a perfect base for day trips to nearby San Sebastian, Pasai Donibane, Saint-Jean-de-Luz and Biarritz. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed for us and our 8 month old baby. Highly recommend staying here. We can't wait to visit again.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful and very centrally located flat! The communication with Faustine was amazingly easy and she was very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment and hope to come back ourselves soon.

Very nice new spacious accommodation, tastefully furnished, very clean, very well equipped, lots of things available, in a pleasant setting with a small private outdoor area. Very good location, basic necessities within walking distance. Close to beautiful pine and oak forests for walking and cycling. Beautiful beaches with parking a few minutes away by car or bus. Very good location for visiting the Basque coast, Bayonne, Biarritz, St Jean de Luz. Hosts are friendly and very friendly. Nadège welcomes you with a smile, remains very attentive throughout the stay. It was perfect.

A very good welcome by Rachel when we arrived, she was available during our 3 days on site. The house is nice, located 15 min walk from the hyper center of Biarritz. The small garden, terrace and parking space are big pluses (and Rachel is kind enough to accept dogs, which is not so common). We felt very good in this nice cocoon, located in a quiet and pleasant area, with a bakery, butcher and convenience store within a 5 min walk.

I sincerely recommend this Airbnb, it's a very peaceful, very charming and warm little spot. The host was remarkably kind, also very warm and welcoming. It was very easy to communicate with her about the reservation. If you want to have a good time in peace, you've come to the right place. I'll be back, that's for sure! Thanks again

We were a group of 8 and had a great week at Sylvain and Katia's. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable. The veranda room is very nice for large tables, for breakfasts as well as for. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The pool is beautiful, heated and well oriented. The immediate environment is quiet and the location of the house allows many walks both on the seafront and in the hinterland. Manon, very attentive, welcomed us very warmly and always answered our questions. Sylvain is always available and has great tips. We won't hesitate to come back!

GENIAL SUPER A REFAIRE

The villa exceeded our expectations, it was modern and clean. The venue vas private and close to a big supermarket. It was easy to move around by car to different towns. The closest town saint-jean-de-luz is very beautiful. The communication with Pierre was easy and things were negotiable.

The accommodation is in a great location, a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants. The property is perfectly equipped, we didn't lack anything. In addition, Gloria was very responsive. I would this place ++

A delightful and spacious apartment very close to a useful grocery and bakery. The roof terrace was a sunny place to relax with a great view of the mountains. Comfortable bed and great shower. We enjoyed the peacefulness of this village and the wonderful local walks. Recommended.
